Watch dogs competition? I know Ubisoft is out from Konami and EA circle. But Ubisoft is producing very generic games. I played Watch Dogs, Crew, Division 1 and 2, Assassin Creed and Far Cry 5, Ghost Recon etc. All are exact same feeling of physics and feels like yeah a game to be $9.99 at this Christmas. Not a bad in anyway but absolutely not unique.

Ubisoft games sell hell division 2 is the best selling game this year so far. They support their games almost better than any other publisher out there and their games are fun.

Rockstar is producing the same game since GTA 3 and everyone loves them

@InKnight7s Regardless of your opinion Watch Dogs is coming out at the start of next year that is indeed a busy period so the "competition" part is more sales related and that's perfectly valid.

Legion looks pretty cool. I was surprised by how cool it looked

Great news it shows that Nintendo intends to continue developing ports of AAA games to its next gen platform

H99h ago

Buying studios from embracer now is a great deal, they must be dirt cheap at this point, Nintendo is a opportunist, they wait until someone fall so they get their best deal

OtterX4h ago

That is some serious brain gymnastics you have going on there. 🤔

H91h ago

I didn't do any gymnastics I can assure you, honestly I don't know why you think that, not hating I seriously don't see why you think that

I hope someone buys Piranha Bytes, their future isn't looking good right now. I love their RPGs, they're janky as f***, but they have heart and soul.

Nintendo saw the Mortal Kombat 1 Switch port and were like, "Yeah, these guys are worth acquiring."

You can't make this crap up lol

Profchaos5h ago

Mortal Kombat 1 was never going to port well I'm sure they told wb it wasn't going to work but wb wants that sweet sweet 140 million install base

In the end wb approved the project cleared the milestones and allowed the product to release

SonOfOsiris1h ago

Yeah this guys ported MK11 which is great, Hogwarts Legacy which is great, and MK1 is now ok, play it every day

So it looks like they have abandoned unreal for future iterations of the game and are sticking with ego. So that means no decent VR support on PC and none on console seeing as the ego can't handle it properly. I think I'm done with this franchise it's turned into fifa with a hefty price tag and no innovation from one year to the next. Time for someone else to have a go at this licence
