Arcade Sushi:
"n the early heydays of arcade games, the only thing that mattered was getting the high score. The Geometry Wars series acts as a modern day descendant of score-hunting arcade greats like Pac-Man and Robotron; with Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions, we see this twin-stick shooter take its point-hoarding action to a whole new dimension.
Geometry Wars 3 features the myriad game modes which made its predecessors so popular. There’s Deadline, which gives you three minutes (and unlimited lives) to get as high a score as possible; Evolved, which gives you three lives and unlimited time; Waves, featuring a single life and more predictable enemies which spawn in waves; King, where you can only attack from within temporary King-of-the-hill-style safe zones; and Pacifism, where you can’t shoot, and instead must pilot your way through gates to blow your enemies to smithereens."
Skyler from Informed Pixel says: "Today is a historical day in Canada. Cannabis, Weed, Pot, Ganga, Mary Jane, or other descriptive names for Marijuana is now legal in Canada, ending eight decades of criminalization of the recreational drug. While many have been smoking the green for years, for a lot of people, it may be an entirely new experience for them.
Gaming is something we don’t recommend for people who are new to the drug, but we picked out some games on the cheap, that may be the perfect companion for experienced smokers."
Carlos "April proved to be a fantastic month for backwards compatible arrivals, with some of the most requested Xbox 360 games finally being made playable on Xbox One, all through the power of emulation. A new month means more titles and this week sees the first of May's BC titles bringing a double whammy for one popular series amongst the masses this week. Are they worth taking a look at?"
I,bought some side scrolling Ninja game back in the day on XBL on 360 but I can't remember the name of it. It was fun as Hell! It was cell shaded and pretty violent. I wish they would bring that to BC. Anyone remember the name of that game?
