Conan plays the latest "Call of Duty" and encounters his deadliest foe yet: a very busy public street.
Former director at Activision, Bret Robbins, revealed that Advanced Warfare 2 had a working prototype, but it was eventually shelved for COD WWII.
That is a shame. AW is my favourite CoD. I hope they do a sequel one day.
I still prefer CoD based on historical settings or in near future settings(like CoD: Ghost) ... even though I liked infinite Warfare's campaign ... it was top notch
Game Rant Writes "With rumors swirling about a sequel to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Sledgehammer Games can bring back a few weapons for a modern encore."
GR: "If one series truly defined the seventh generation of consoles it was Call of Duty. Sadly, the series has struggled to reach the same heights on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and only Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare feels like the previous era of innovation and top-notch storytelling."
I quite enjoyed it but I think black ops 3 was the high point.
Modern warfare could be if a few tweaks are made and the new maps are good.
The campaign was OK, but the guns sounded like cap guns and the multiplayer maps were not memorable at all.
GET ACROSS THE STREET!
I hope Conan play Little Big Planet 3 this upcoming month.
Wish he did these more often, that was quite entertaining.
Lol. He strafed across the street. "Those are trees, and that is the sky."
Strangely it's his reviews that sell me on games I might not otherwise have gotten... Tomb Raider and Watch_Dogs both made their way into my collection, but only once I'd watched Conan 'review' them.
I figure if the game still looks like fun with him at the controls, it must be halfway good... I suppose his tendency to only review only the 'biggest' and 'best' games helps, not-to-mention his often absurdly early access... Developers seem to go the extra-mile for Conan, even though they know he'll immediately point out the dumbest parts of their games.
I mean, it's hilarious to think that Conan might well be the most powerful videogame 'journalist' on Earth... His show goes out worldwide and reaches a lot of people who don't read Gaming magazines or websites. He's HILARIOUS and just frustrating enough to make you want to buy the game, if-only to 'do it right'.
Whatever... I was on the fence - now I'm sold!
Damn you Conan! I'm gonna be so poor!
