Looks pretty underwhelming for this gen but they still have time to polish it.

Really liked the last one on the pc for all the bad press it got it was a fun and visually impressive if short game.

Nice - you can't draw any gameplay conclussions from that showing, but you can see that the environments look great, detailed and large.

This title is top of 360 wish list for this year!

Clearly this troll has not played Fable. How did he see this in that vid?.

Fable is an RPG and you start out as a weak kid and you can become fat, slow and stupid or beefed up and fast and cunning. Fable 1 had very fast gameplay depending on the enemy or how you skill up your player, I'm sure this one won't be any different if not miles better and indepth.

Why won't the mods figure out how to control these PS3 fanboys?.

Fable one had blinding speed in combat where you didn't even know WTF was happening to you it depends on your skill you have earned and the baddies.(I hated bolverines)

Fable was one of the games I had the most fun with, and I played it a lot. Which is why I will get this for the PC.

But the combat in Fable wasnt very fast, not even in the Arena. Not even the battle against Thunder (which I get.. he is big) and not even against Jack of Blades. The Dragon in Lost Chapters really dissapointed me.

Nevertheless... it is a fabulous game and it looks very good. Anyone with a good PC or a Xbox should get it. I know I will (if it really comes to PC).

I dissagree with your speed comments when I leveled up on speed, strenth and weapon skills fighting some of the baddies was very fast and so was I.( the creatures that have swords that sounded like light sabors were so fast all you can do is block and knock them down then repeat untill dead if there was more than one, they were crazy fast and so was I when you use a lighter weapon. You get a glimps of that in this vid; Axe vs Sword even though in both cases the bad guys clearly wern't that tough you can see the speed differences, we can both agree this game doesn't have sluggish combat.

I see what you mean... but when I read "crazy fast" I think Ninja Gaiden fast.

Anyway, for once I think you spoke your mind in a correct/rightful way so I dont want to argue. Its just that for me it wasnt very fast (and while I am at it... I think that is a good thing, all games don't have to be fast. I enjoyed the pace on the first Fable.)

Also, it wasnt just the combats, the decisions between good and evil were what made me enjoy the game so much.

you also get to see a run down house that will probably be an example of an earlier/cheaper home you buy in the game.

you can kick people down the well, obviously a sign of the dynamic enviroment fighting.

But I have to be honest, Fable 1 wasn't that great. And as it LOOKS (not as it IS) this looks like Fable 1 with better graphics. The fighting looks the same and everything.

But to be fair, that trailer was WAY too short to show off anything. So for now, I'll reserve judgment for either a longer trailer or demo at least.

I'm fairly likely to get this game - unless it comes out of the gate with 1 out of 10s across the board - but this trailer is terrible, makes the game look really boring.

The thing I loved the most about the first Fable was the choices you had to make. I hope in this game you can get a lot more of these choices that will define the history and your character.

I think this game is going to rock. I dont own a Xbox, so I hope Ill get to play it on the PC.

Another one of the xtrolls "triple C" line up down in flames.

Framerate was horrible at the beginning,
Animation comes straight from the SEGA GENESIS generation,
Combat is weaksauce, slow, sloppy and ugly to watch,
Environmental arts looks good,
Graphics are ok I suppose,
Sound is stupid and not epic like RPGs soundtracks are supposed to be.

This game is a failure. This is a 7.5 out of 10 at BEST. Anything higher = MS dollars at work or rigged by MS.

Lets just hope this game lives up to its hype cause the first one left me kind of dissappointed even though I did like how u were able to go around in your underwear and see how cool it was to see people reacting to how u were dressed, lol. Game should be pretty good with the dog, I still remember him showing that the dog was injured in battle and u can actually leave the dog and the dog still tried to follow u because the dog loved its master that much, made me want kill him for doing that to the poor dog. Hope the game is great this time around.

He also mentioned that if you ran off leaving the injured dog behind, you could be sitting in a pub somewhere having a drink and eventually the dog would catch up with you, all forgiving like.

Have loads of gameplay features that won't leave you with an open world with nothing to do and lots of cash with nothing to spend it on. No seriously, I mean be regarded as a better game amongst the gaming elite rather than selling more than GTA IV.

I love the environments, but yeah, when Molyneux was talking about the combat system I was not impressed. And the combat looked underwhelming in this. Granted he was wielding an axe, but this has the same issue for me as Too Human. I dont like the way it looks when you swing youre weapon. Ill hold off complete judgment until the game comes out though.

OMG! I own a xbox but i never heard of FABLE, now i own an x360 and i keep hearing about this game, and how good is gonna be.... but really? Is this a AAA title that will move consoles?
First time i see gameplay, and it looks like my type of game, but i just can`t see this as being the game to attract the masses. I don`t see people jumping to next gen for this game. But i mite be wrong. It`s just my opinion and i hope it does not offend any one.

Why is it that every single d&$n sequal video that comes out for the 360 all you hear are comments like, "It looks the same as the first one with better graphics," "It doesn't like like anything new," "What's the point in releasing a sequal, the first one sucked anyway."

Honestly are 360 fans allowed to hype up their games AT ALL without being continuously attacked. I mean Sony fans get to hype their games till kingdom comes (Killzone 2 graphics, MGS4, GT, Lair, HS, R&C, LBP, Home) without a story saying "Don't hype it," but once the 360 comes out with an awesome looking game and everyone is hyped for it, all we get are stories like "Gears of War 2: Stop Overhyping It" http://www.n4g.com/xbox360/...
