Next gen TV surfing that's it. A bunch of novelty crap that people will stop using a week after launch.

I honestly couldn't care less about controlling my TV, cable box, game system with my voice. The only thing that is good is the video editing features, but I could do a much better job with a PC.

It's OK that it's there but when I buy a gaming console I want the emphasis to be on gaming, Gaming!!! The gaming experience has to be top notch first.

Why gamer's are going GaGa over media features on a gaming console is beyond me.

Nothing failed, all that happened is policies failed. What change did Sony bring? None! Oh wait, more powa of course. Innovation? None. Stable day one update? None. Bricked Consoles, many. Lack of games, yep! Poor game scores, check. Promises of obvious games in the future? Check Infamous SS, Heavy Rain 2 & UC4. Hmmm, fanboy or not, MS brought so many changes, listened to its fans, fixed and removed issues and delivered on games, technology of kinect, awesome XBL service and more.

As far as I am concerned, I'm backing a company and console thats committed to change. I embrace change, I embrace new technologies, I dont settle for a beefed up version of what I already have. Software is everything people, not hardware, I wish people would learn the difference.

Relax even if the PS4 outsells the Xbox One by a large margin you will still be able to play good games with it.

@Trekster_Gamer I agree with some things you said.
Xbox one is true next gen: Yes it is but so id the WiiU and PS4. They are all the next generation of each companys console.
Better Games: That is subject to the gamer. I decided to get the one over the PS4 at launch because I wanted Forza 5 and KI more than any PS4 game at the moment but for me the WiiU has the best line-up of games and has me more excited at this moment in time.
Better online gaming: I have not tried the xbox one or PS4 yet to comment but I have always found xbox live to be a better experience this gen than PSN but again not tried new gen do don't know until I do.
Better social interaction: I do agree with that out of all 3 it looks to have the best social interaction but yet to try it.
Better all around entertainment features: I agree as at launch it offeres more of this than the Wiiu and PS4.

I cant wait to get hold of my xbox one tomorrow and people should really stop going on about which console is the best as it really depends on the person to which one is better and at this moment in time the Wiiu xbox one and 3ds are filling my gaming needs and im sure kz fans will be loving the ps4. This fan boy comments needs to stop it is becoming sad now. I would rather gaming go back to being a geek thing as there was less crap like this flying around and more gaming being played.

Better Games (lauch games do not determine the quality of games look at ps2 )
Better online gaming (you have never played Xbox one online and Ps4 is as good if not better than xbox live right now)
Better social interaction (what interaction? racist 12 year old kids ?)
Better all around entertainment features (because you can switch a channnel on your tv?)
More unique ways to utilize all of the above! (like what ? ps4 has voice commands too and you dont need a camera you can do it with a headset)

Ryse is just a Heavy rain with timed button pressing which according to Xbox fanboys its not a game (900p)
Dead rising has been dead since the 2nd one came out the third just adds more zombies (720p)

How does anybody know if it has paid off yet ?

It hasn't been released and reviewers have basically all reported problems such as, stuttering TV, voice recognition not working properly and issues with Kinect.

Now I am 100 percent certain these will all be ironed out in the near future but as of now nobody knows what has paid off.

Anyways this may seem a little off topic but it appears that N4G is going into meltdown right before the Xbox One launch.

No matter the outcome of the launches the consoles will be fantastic.
