Eyetoy rival riigghhtt you refer to that piece of plastic you saw that does not exists yet. Yeagh, the vision cam can never rival a T.V. antenna. This camera allows video chat, Game manipulation with your hands and body, Facial recognition, picture messaging, pc compatiable, and the ability to scan your face on a character in-game for the world to see. (Rainbow 6 vegas) All in 1.3 mega-pixel goodness. Without any lag in video chatting. (realtime) Now what can your eyeTOY 2 do. O wait it doesn`t exists yet so you don`t know do you. But when or if it comes out being sony stated realtime communication does not exists with current broadbands today I am sure, they will copy vision cam as best they can. I think this has great value. Just for the simple fact that you can use this camara on the PC(better than most PC web cams) and I don't even think you can get a camara for the PC at that price. They also offer 1 month of XBox live gold. And before I forget they just released TotemBall. You use the camara to play this game. ohh yeah; the game is free. So, you really have to be a Sony fanboy and xbox hater to not recognize this is camara is great for $27.99.

.. but picked one up and LOVE IT !!

Even for simple message .... I will take a shot of me taking a bit out of my COD2 box and add voice saying "LET'S DO THIS BITHCES" and send it off to my buds.

Then we play !! They always get a blast out of it.

For the small price is is actually VERY VERY FUN !!

ANd UNO with Video is a blast.

My face on my character for all to see in Word Series Poker is pretty cool to see as well. Now the entire XBL world knows what I look like.

Do yourself a favour ... buy it a Walmart ... keep the packaging neat and clean, keep the receipt .... "TRY IT" .... if you are not much for it ......... "RETURN IT"

I Purchased a vision cam and love it! The picture quality is great and i've already made lots of new friends and met a couple of hot chicks playing UNO! This will become the next Myspace if word gets out on some of the stuff i've been seeing! All 360 needs now is a personal home page for each 360 owner andsometype of dating service like love connection online where we can all join in and watch on spectator mode! This would grow the market and change the lives of many single people around the world!

I think it's awesome. My best friend lives over 500 miles away, and now we can video chat over XBL. It's also fun to mess around with the main dashboard and music dashboard. UNO and the other card games are fun with it, but also a little creepy. It's weird looking at everyone and then realize that they're looking at you. Now I actually have to get dressed to play games. Damn!

Totemball is just "so, so"...nothing great.
