STP: Billy the Painter isn't the most complex game you'll ever play. It isnt packed with bonus features or tons of unlockable content. It is, however, a simple game with a unique, artistic look. It's a clever little puzzler that will force you to play again and again for that elusive high score. Best of all, it's something we haven't seen before.
