In the successive three years, Insomniac would release three sequels for a franchise that was to become a household name of the PlayStation brand. Fast-forward to 2012, the series has grown into a gadget-filled behemoth, with 11 games spanning 3 platforms (PS2, PSP, PS3) and Insomniac have released an HD collection of the original Ratchet & Clank Trilogy.
