The Bitbag writes, "Bladerunner popped up on the Marketplace this morning. It's one of my favorite Ridley Scott films. I was ready to download it to watch it in HD but there is only a standard def version available. It's still a good deal if you haven't seen the Director's Cut yet. I'll opt for the Blu-Ray for the HD version."
Huzaifa from eXputer: "2008 was home to the likes of Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, GTA 4, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, and many other hits, which is outright remarkable."
Just about every year in the 7th generation was great and something we most likely won't experience again.
2009 for example had Assassin's Creed 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, Uncharted 2, Halo 3: ODST, Killzone 2, Borderlands, Bayonetta, and Demon's Souls to name a few.
While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.
Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.
It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny
Armored Core VI?
Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?
No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).
Video games are no longer just a simple past time. Today's games are evolving into true works of art. Offering intriguing narratives, cinematic setpieces, and profound messages, games can entertain us for hundreds of hours.
I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now
I want some of the more recent DVDs I can rent from my local store..
As for "I'll opt for BluRay for HD version", I have to disagree with that again, BluRay and HD-DVD are a waste of money, it's too early to be buying into these formats for me a cheap DVD is still better value for money and the hd formats don't offer enough of an advantage.
(This is not a move from VHS technology to DVD).
And as for actually buying it on BluRay, durgh.. How many 360 owners are going to have BluRay? Not many, this new IS about bladerunner coming out on xbox marketplace.
What a waste of time, If I need the directors cut that bad, I would much rather go buy it on High Definition and get the definitive collection instead of rent a crappy standard def version that I don't even get to keep.
Microsoft sure has a good scam going with this Live business. I guess I'll use that Apple TV for my downloads...
i find this funny..
