Maybe its a new wii u system which is digital only no disk drive and has allot more internal storage, has a Ethernet port for better more stable internet connection and comes bundled with digital mario kart 8, and mario 3d world and has a pro controller bundled and a wii mote with the steering add on?

Who knows what it is, but people who think its the new nintendo console which is the successor to wii u are crazy! lol

They've already said that they have no plans to announce any new hardware; but if they did - I honestly think it would be a re-design of one of their current systems, or our first look at their Quality of Life platform.

I'm thinking with the 3DS Nintendo has the potential to do a 3ds Advanced instead of releasing a brand new handheld any time soon. The GPU in the 3DS isn't running at the maximum of what that chip can do and currently only uses 1 CPU core for games. Nintendo could essentially as manufacturing process get smaller introduce a 3ds Advance with more RAM, faster CPU and GPU(based on the same 3ds chipset), better battery, higher resolution screens, modified case design with 2nd analog stick and bluetooth 4.0. I think with how the WiiU is doing, Nintendo wouldn't want to focus on a completely new hardware launch and the 3DS name already has much weight behind it. The handheld market doesn't need to rotate a completely new platform as often as the console market does. This will give them time to shrink the WiiU innards down to handheld proportions power wise for the next generation handheld from Nintendo.

The Wii u needs to be redesign, but it wont happen. It could help them by making the system different since it looks like a wii.
