"I had several nits to pick when it came to the relationship between Rinoa and Squall in Final Fantasy VIII, otherwise known as the Twilight of Final Fantasy romances.
For all the problems with FFVIII’s coupling, however, Final Fantasy as a whole is a series known for some of gaming’s most beautiful and memorable romances."

Gary Green said: We’re finding ourselves in a similar position with the Pixel Remaster edition of Final Fantasy IV as we were with Final Fantasy III since, once again, we’ve received a slightly upscaled, more vibrant port of the original game when there’s already an expanded 3D remake available. As such, we’re playing a game which, even after its long-awaited release, still lives very much in the shadow of its remake.
If only they didn't screw ps4 owners over with a physical release. I'd have ran through this in a heartbeat.
The first one I played, it was the one that made me fall in love with JRPGs and is still my favorite to this day. A masterpiece
Final Fantasy 7 has come back under the spotlight thanks to the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but is it worth replaying the original?
Very much so. Graphically it's dated but the story and the gameplay haven't aged a day. It's still one of my all time favourite RPGs and for me is better than Remake in some ways.

Problem is this writer thinks ff8 romance was rubbish when I think it's the best one the whole series has crafted...
-Vanille and Fang? Thats a stretch would it have been awesome yea.
-Cloud and Tifa. Does it make sense yes and I could see it. I would have preferred Aerith tho(I wish she lived so bad).
-Locke and Celes I like to think they ended up together.
As for FFVIII romance I dont buy it. It Seemed so forced.
