We have some new screenshots for Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin and based on the visual fidelity, it sure looks like a PS4 game.

People need to buy Yakuza 5 when it releases here for ps3 as it will give SEGA incentive to localize other games faster.
I'm so happy Yakuza 6 is ps4 only as it will fully utilize power of PS4, imagine all the mini games that are possible.
Their mini-games always surprise me. I remember back in Yakuza 3 I had to play one karaoke game because it was part of the main story. I was shocked over how well it was done. Amazing stuff.
I am looking forward to 5 this fall because my favorite character, Akiyama returns. That guy defines cool. Not just in he is a great character but he is cool in the old use of the word. He is laid back, calm and collected, and people have trouble reading him. He reads situations. Very well written.
Haha yes! I count myself as an Akiyama lover as well. I love his laid back character, and I love even more that he's voiced by Yamadera Kouichi, the same guy who voiced Hibiki Ryouga in Ranma 1/2 back in the 90s.
I've already purchased a physical japanese copy (as well as Kenzan, Ishin and the HD Collection), sucks we only get a digital copy in the west :/

I'll think they localize the remake of the first game first to see if people are win to jump into the series then they may localize or not Yakuza 6 depending on the western sales of Yakuza Kimawi

i made a japan account just to dl the demo.. no freakin idea what is going on but the gameplay is really fun.

Sega need to localize them all. But lately i learn some japanese to play Yakuza 5 and someone already made a detailed Y5 guide in english. So, if there's no single hope about localization than i just buy the japanese version and play it with a guide.
Please Sega, on all that is good and holy in this world, localize this for a western release. I will buy it up in a heart beat. I get super jealous watching live streams on my PS4.
It certainly is a welcomed feature to be able to see what games people are playing all around the world, directly from my PS4.
Definitely will help in the long run on PS4, right now MGSV japanese version will come with english subtitles and i'm sure FFXV will also, if only the Ryu Ga Gotoku(Yakuza) Series will do that.

Should be a PS4 game, would be surprised if tha was WiiU graphics.
I want this game!! Also want Yakuza 5 localised as my Japanese isn't good enough at the moment to play it on import (part of the reason i'm studying is to play more import games lol)
I wonder how many cities we will be able to visit. Sakamoto Ryoma has traveled a lot through Japan, from Edo (ancient name of Tokyo) to Kyoto as well as Nagasaki, Choshu, Satsuma and Osaka.
My prediction: Sega definitely will show it on TGS. But for what platforms and exclusive / multiplat? Let's wait more news ;)
