IGN:We play a few of the short, difficult, kind-of-insane levels of New Super Luigi U, a DLC add-on for New Super Mario Bros. U for Wii U.
Gross-out humor, 80's CGI models, dance and rap numbers, and dubious imagery make up the weirdest of Nintendo commercials.
MyGaming: "DLC has rapidly grown in popularity over the last few years. So much so, that it wasn’t all that long ago that it was an oddity, a videogaming black sheep.
Now, DLC is everywhere, with almost every game released having some sort of DLC component.
But with so much DLC releasing of late and so much to choose from, how do you tell which is the best? Which DLC is actually worth the purchase?
How about we take a look at some of the best DLC released thus far."
Our third day of our Week of Mario Mods is centered around the New Super Mario Bros. series!
I think Oblivion and Red Dead Redemption have something to say about that. But it is probably very good.
Just downloaded it, lets see
I'm enjoying it so far. It's almost like an entirely new game, really. All of the original 80+ levels have been completely redesigned having Luigi's abilities in mind (higher jumps, more momentum, the flutter kick, etc). The levels are also shorter but a lot more difficult, so it really does feel like a new experience.
All in all, I think Nintendo did an excellent job with their first big DLC add-on.
inFamous 2: Festival of Blood might be the best DLC i've ever played
Still goona wait for the physical copy. Cool green box, and fresh, new Luigi smell!
