Portal webseries, just keep on trying 'till you run out of cake

GLaDOS is loved by gamers as the most sarcastically, adorable artificial intelligence (AI) in our “gameverse”. Thanks to Wayside Creations, come March 15, we can be treated to an offspring of GLaDOS’ called Betty in a brand new web series, Aperture R&D. Betty also has that unmistakeable flair for the dramatic, stating the obvious and of course, likes to make fun of humans.

Although Aperture R&D features the main attraction of the Portal games, namely the GLaDOS persona, it is mostly a story about science, life as an inventor of quirky objects (the Companion Cube also makes an appearance) and “an endless battle for the meaningless title of Lab Team of the Month”. Take a look at the sneak preview.

The Portal series is amazing for its quirky sense of humour. Nice to see that someone has picked up on it for a web series. Will most certainly be watching it!
