A fan of Nintendo 64 title Banjo-Kazooie asked its developer, Rare, via Twitter, whether there is a possibility for a Nintendo 3DS remake of the game. Rather than replying with a definitive answer, and although it’s not very likely, Rare told the fan that anything’s possible. I, for one, would love to see a remake of Banjo-Kazooie, as it is one of my all-time favorite 3D platformers and Nintendo 64 games.
Hardcore Gamer: Grant Kirkhope releases music for a game that never happened.
gamrReview's Michael Beecham: "Banjo-Kazooie - a strange title for a strange franchise, and one of my personal favorites. But just because I like the franchise it doesn't mean that I like everything about the series, so this is my list of things I think should be Kept, Fixed, Or Ditched."
In an industry that puts out sequels like they ain't got no other business, it's genuinely surprising that these games haven't been made yet. Seriously, they need to be made. They need to be made now.
Shenmue III. Sega has the resources and capital to develop this game. With Kickstarter being another outlet, Yu Suzuki would gain massive support and proper funding relatively quickly.
Dont worry Sega, we're waiting to see what "suprises" you have in store at E3.

"yeah, we remember a time when we made games that people gave a shit about. We'd really love to do something like that but right now we're slaves to Kinect and we're doing our best to do whatever Microsoft tells us... so don't hold your breath. oh yeah!.. and thanks for rubbing it in."
why does everything that abandons nintendo turn to shit?
The Banjo Nutz and Boltz game on the X360 was a pretty good game IMO. I wouldn't mind seeing a new X720 Banjo game to crater to the younger audience. But Killer Instinct, Conker, And Perfect Dark should be their priority.
WHy a remake??? just make a new Banjo game for the new Xbox. Keep it an on-foot platformer and then feel free to innovate where they deem it necessary.
