I hope this is one of those patents that never comes to fruition.
I already dislike the fact you can pay a significant amount for a online service buy associated games and content on said service and get banned from that service over potentially a misunderstanding the bans are already handed out for flimsy reasons
I'd rather see money invested in a ban that simply removes the offensive players ability to communicate with unknown players allow them to continue party chats with friends but not with Joe blow on cod.
Agreed. Blizzard recently banned a college Overwatch 2 player who's dependent for saying "shit." Pretty harsh.
How rediculas really. You can't say a word that's allowed in most PG films and prime time TV but the game is based around killing the enemy team using guns, explosives etc.

Anyhow the playstation 3 if you block listed a id they could not talk to you in chatroom with either text or voice. But that was pre mind fucked 2018 when people were more human than sheep.

Terrible idea. Not only do I not consent to providing my biometric data, the potential for mishandling biometric data is almost a certainty. Positive stress and negative stress can produce similar changes in biometrics. Interpreting the precise emotion a person is feeling is not only invasive but could be easily misconstrued. I hope this never comes to fruition.

This is something I might use. Sometimes I play some good games but they don’t have difficulty option and are a little too easy.

AMD has long been the best value option if you're looking for a new GPU. Now even their latest Radeon RX 7000 series is getting cheaper.
In the past yes but last gen amd has gotten cheaper and there new cards are on the horizon making 6k even cheaper.
The arc cards are no longer made by intel but asus/asrock has some the next line battlemage is coming out prices tbd.
Do to the longer software development its always best to go amd over intel if its not to much more money even though intel is a strong gpu i own 2/4 card versions.
Ive been saying this for far too long. Looking at high end PC of today and yesteryear. I have been convinced that even with 5x, 10x or 30x the leap from last gen isn't enough of a visual advancement seen from SNES to N64 or PS2 to PS3.
Tim Sweeney mentioned last year that for the eyes to see a huge massive leap from last gen, GPU & CPU will have to be 24x more powerful than consumer level graphics card and Central Processors of today such as GTX690 and Intel Xeon.
At 24x we will be visualy close to half way "Avatar" graphics in realtime.
Next gen consoles. PS4 and Xbox next will be more like PC's. We will see better looking and improved physics of current gen looking games and that's all. AI wont see much of an improvement. Don't expect Leap seen from Mario Bro 3 to Mario 64/ MGS2 to Crysis type.

I think that is another secret spec from Sony, the same with how many USB ports, memory speed etc.
