Sony is gearing up for its hotly-anticipated PlayStation Meeting this Wednesday, and you can watch the full event live on PSU.com.

Did Sony reveal HOW LONG this event is? I hope it's at least 1 hour, 30 minutes. That's enough time to start it off with the usual "We sold this much *insert Playstation device here* this fiscal year!" to show to the investors, show off some Vita and PS3 stuff, then finally PS4 in the last 40 minutes or something.

No, the 'h' isn't silent, but it conforms more to a vowel than a consonant so clearly 'an' is correct here, even if convention suggests that 'a' should appear before a consonant and not a vowel. It's just one of those things that breaks the rules. It's similar to Role Playing Game. Now if you use the full words then 'a' is fine, but if you use the initial form, RPG then it becomes a little less clear because some people would read it as the initials (as I do: ar pee gee) and some people would read it as the full version. I always put 'an' RPG because I read it phonetically. In this case BOTH are correct though.

All I want is at the very end, for Tetsuya Nomura to come on the stage in the last few minutes and reveal Versus XIII running on PS4. Have it as a PS3/PS4 title, and reveal a release date as well.

And I can't see £60 games either. If they do a 2 tier console scheme, I can see those console prices though

they did put a new screen on the controller and what not so i wouldn't be surprised if it was 50 to 60 pounds considering the dualshock 3 was 40. i agree about game prices it shouldn't increase above the 40 pounds if it did i would probably be cheaper to stream the games via gaikai which could cause the death of the retailer and a digital download only future as was the case with pc.

The prices are speculative and are based on launch window only, the price of software will decrease after the minimum install has been met...

...and

Gaikia, cross game chat and some aspects of the social media e.g. games uploading will be part of the PS+ benefits..MP will remain free and expect the free2play (planetside/day z etc) model/micro transactions to be heavily pushed next gen.

*Oh and I forgot to mention the fully fledged Sony TV channel they're currently preparing for the XMB which is now app styled like apple/googleplay store.

..if you doubt me (understandably) ...just wait til both 20th and E3...see if I was right!
