Smosh: There are a lot of really great first person shooters, but not all of them are revolutionary. Most of them try to be fun, but don't have a lot of ambition past that. There are those certain games that change the way people think about gaming. They take the genre and revolutionize it so much that every game after it is affected by it. In other words, these are the games that everyone ripped off. Here are the most influential first person shooters.
How do composers make the iconic music tracks from games that we love? And just what makes them so memorable?

As Microsoft takes popular Xbox exclusives to other consoles, James Bond FPS Goldeneye 007 should get similar treatment on PS5.

How Call of Duty 4 isn't on there is beyond me. While I'm not a CoD fan, I find it hard to believe any enthusiast gamer would deny the huge impact that Call of Duty 4 has had on the last 5 years of first person shooters. Bioshock is still my all time favorite, with a slight nod ober half life but half life was more influential.
Yep that list is just about right.
Maybe replace Duck Hunt with Counter Strike.
I can't take this list seriously as COD 4 isn't there.
