Sony have taken the unusual stance of using a new memory card format for the Sony Ps Vita rather than the standard memory sticks found in the original psp and other compatible devices. Fans around the globe are surprised by this new approach, meaning we as consumers have to fork out more cash just to save games come V-DAY. As of now it’s apparent no memory card will be bundled with the standard Ps Vita packages, something that will send many of you into an uproar, but a smart move on Sony’s behalf as it’s an opportunity to get their new format out to the masses.

I mean the fact stuff happened outside of work puts EA in quite a difficult position legally. These women don't seem to have reported the matter to the police which kinda ties EA's hands on what they can do. If they don't file reports of the crimes then yeah from EA's perspective it is stuff that happened outside of work. The only exception is the guy that apparently referenced things in the slack channel for work, spending on what he said proving it may be very hard and he may well be able to get away with plausible deniability. I don't like EA and I think these people need to be dismissed but without any legal action being taken, EA can't really do much without risk of being sued themselves for unfair dismissal etc.

I already dislike the fact you can pay a significant amount for a online service buy associated games and content on said service and get banned from that service over potentially a misunderstanding the bans are already handed out for flimsy reasons
I'd rather see money invested in a ban that simply removes the offensive players ability to communicate with unknown players allow them to continue party chats with friends but not with Joe blow on cod.

Terrible idea. Not only do I not consent to providing my biometric data, the potential for mishandling biometric data is almost a certainty. Positive stress and negative stress can produce similar changes in biometrics. Interpreting the precise emotion a person is feeling is not only invasive but could be easily misconstrued. I hope this never comes to fruition.
Maybe. Now that I know I don't NEED it day one I might hold off buying one until later. But if anything I will go for the 8 or 16 gigbyte one. That would suffice for now.
