Pocket Gamer: Last year I got all excited about the potential release on Vita of a game called Samurai & Dragons. The game still hasn't come to Europe, but its iOS counterpart Kingdom Conquest certainly has.
I didn't put much time into it in the end, but I've been given another chance to experience its brand of gameplay this week as I review its sequel.

"Who’d ever think that gaming on a mobile phone would take off as fast as it did? Yes there have been dedicated mobile gaming devices like the Gameboy, TurboExpress and the Sega Game Gear. But did you ever think that you’ll be able to play scaled down versions of major console titles like Battlefield: Bad Company and Dead Space back when your phone only played snake? I know I didn’t and for that we partly have Gameloft to thank. Now Sega wants a slice of this pie with the sequel to the popular mobile RPG Kingdom Conquest, Kingdom Conquest II"

SEGA Europe and SEGA of America, Inc. Ltd. today announced the commencement of a new season and update to Kingdom Conquest II on the App Store and Google Play. Kingdom Conquest II is the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster, Kingdom Conquest, that to date has had over 3.5 million downloads.
