From the article, "The news that Grand Theft Auto V will be squatting on 8GB of my PS3′s hard drive due to a mandatory install stings. That’s a big chunk of memory! You folks with newer PS3s that have at least 160GB hard drives could consider that a mosquito bite, but those of us with HDDs under 80GB will feel that sting.
Yet, we should be used to this by now. If you have a PS3, you have to accept the inevitable mandatory install. It happens. It helps us build a bond. Besides, it isn’t like Grand Theft Auto V is the only game noshing on our hard drives."
The GTA 5 Agent Trevor DLC episode could have been a real treat for fans on PlayStation and Xbox, before it was scrubbed sometime before 2017.
With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.
I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.
Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder
One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
Grand Theft Auto V was released on PC on the 14th of April 2015. That means the game will be nine years old in four days, and it’s still among the most-played titles on Steam. With a 24-hour peak of 145K players, it’s as popular as Baldur’s Gate 3, Apex: Legends, and Destiny 2.
Replaying Skyrim after 13 years is a reminder of the progress made in western RPGs over the last decade, but also what's been lost.
and yet my 1tb hdd still has well over 600 gb remaining
Storage space isnt an issue for me.. I put a 500GB HDD in my 60GB phat long ago & PS4 is around the corner.. I really dont care how much install space is taken up at this point
GT5 add to list.
I recall MGS4 taking FOREVER back in the summer of 2008. I mean when you sit there watching Snake smoke cigs the whole time..... This went on after every chapter.
I just looked on my console to see if these file sizes were right.
MGS4 is 4880 ( still on there from 2008 )
Skyrim is 4368 + a 92mb update ( both from near release Dec 2011 )
lol... disagree, just fo..
Worst offender is Resistence 3, try to delete the game data, it takes like an hour
