A list of 6 horror games we would like to see on Next Gen consoles (PS4 and Xbox One).
Alan Wake, from Max Payne and Control creator Remedy, is a horror classic, prompting one player to buy 4,000 copies that don’t even work.
Kind of a goody story...
On a serious note, that is why I try activating gift cards asap. It's happened to me where the store didnt scan it right where the card was unusuable. Happened at Wally World.
Usually most of those redemption card have an expiry date on them. If they expired all buyer did was buy recycled paper. And some of those codes are country locked to certain countries. I buy a card from the States I can't use it in Canada.
Dumb and silly story. She wasted her money for no reason.
Is it really that hard to go to Steam or GOG. She spent $240, when its currently 70% off on GOG, and only costs $4.49.
Gee, I wonder, should I spend $240 on eBay, or $4.49 on GOG? 🙄
So in short she paid $240.00 assuming usd for a bunch on unactivated game codes.
I still don't understand why I guess cause there's not a physical version and she wanted something for a collection or art project.
Got that retro survival horror bug? Here's Chit Hot's picks for the seven best survival horror games from yesteryear.
Eternal Darkness was way ahead of its time especially for a Nintendo exclusive.
I would love to see a remake or sequel (multiplatform)
4 people love Eternal Darkness.
Quick! Jump on that remake, whoever holds the rights these days.
Alan Wake 2 continues the writer's story, 13 years later.
I would like for the heart rate technology in Kinect 2.0 to be in a horror game. Can you imagine playing a horror game based on your heart rate? If your heart rate is normal, then monsters will sneak up on you trying to scare you. If your heart is beating fast, your character will panic and struggle to use a weapon. Plus the monsters can take full advantage of this in many ways. To get your character out of panic mode hide somewhere. There should be something called a fear meter that detects your character's level of fear. If the fear meter reach up to max, then the control of the character would be taken away from you, forcing you into a unscripted quick time event that can happen at anytime. Your character will be chased by a monster in this quick time event as you press the right buttons to avoid the monster. Your character is in uncontrollable fear when this happens, so your force to hope for your character's survival. This helps to give you that intense fear of not being in control. Sometimes quicktime events won't happen, and your force to depend on the your character's A.I. to find a hiding spot to get out of panic. Let just say there is a skill tree involve like Luck for example. If you had a lot of Luck points the A.I. has a good chance of surviving. Plus the Xbox One controller vibration can be put to great use. If game developers can come up with something like this, then we are in for true horror. What you guys think of this idea?
Wow! That actually sounds very good! I myself had some idea's too.
Searching for ghosts in your house with the PS Vita augmented reality. Hearing whispers through the PS4 controller. But the heart rate technology could become a very cool feature for horror games indeed! (Race games and shooters could use this tech too offcourse, anything that can get hectic and tence)
