Happy Valentine's Day to FIFA 13 Fans

FIFPlay: A FIFA 13 video saying Happy Valentine's Day to FIFA 13 fans

EskimoPress4088d ago

Recent study shows that majority of guys that play FIFA broke up with their girlfriends when FIFA 13 came out.

This video is like a sucker punch for them. :P

Not surprised tbh, EA have a nice little cash cow with Fifa currently, minimum costs to update each year and ridiculously high profit. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if their marketing budget is double that of the development costs. Under those circumstances, I'd be sending out my love to all my suckers (customers) too.

Fingers crossed, Konami step it up next gen forcing EA to actually invest again in each year instead of giving us a bunch of half finished features like impact engine and first touch.. Ever since Fifa 11, the game has been getting progressively worse.

Not all outdated football games are worthless

Games Asylum: "Outdated football games are a common sight when scouring jumble sales, car boots and charity shops for bargain price video games. Not all football games gathering dust in the likes of Oxfam are in fact worthless."

Sonic Boom? welp, sucks to suck.
But, Bayonetta is a real shame

wonderfulmonkeyman3434d ago

Sonic Boom is riding off the popularity of the TV show; it's a bad game.

And as for FIFA?
Well, guess that goes to show that there's a lot of older gamers on Wii U that wanted FIFA, then; sports games generally do out-sell action games, and Platinum isn't known for large sales in the first place.

I'm not worried for Bayonetta. It'll hit that 1M mark by the middle of next year, surely, at its current pace.

are seriously trying to downplay Bayonetta 2 with sales
