Downloadable content is still a bit of an alien concept for many Nintendo gamers. We’ve had some DLC made available for 3DS titles with the likes of Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy and New Super Mario Bros. 2 having content through internal stores, and Wii had rare instances too, but now that Wii U has arrived the scope for these extras has exploded.
We know already that New Super Mario Bros. U will be getting some additional courses provided for it in the future, and games such as Assassin’s Creed III and Call of Duty: Black Ops II are also supporting DLC on Wii U. Yet it appears that ZombiU, Ubisoft’s survival horror game, will not be receiving any additional content after its release.
Speaking to the latest issue of ONM, multiplayer game director Bogdan Bridinel revealed that the team at Ubisoft Montpellier has no plans on releasing any downloadable content for ZombiU, saying the team managed to fit everything they wanted into the game.
HPP's Josh crafts an unholy list of the Top 8 Spooky Games In Need a Sequel That Originated on Nintendo Platforms. From old to new, a gory list to dream about.
The title says the criteria was explicitly written to mention Eternal Darkness. I am happy to see House of the Dead: OVERKILL on here. With the rise of Grindhouse themes in the 2010s, (ie WET), this was one that was both entertaining and camp funny.
Would be nice to see a new Zombie game set in the UK again, some of the landmarks, old architecture and the like really fits in well with the genre.

But if you're one of those players who are struggling to find games to play then the Xbox Deals With Gold and Spotlight Sale is back to ensure that backlog of gaming experiences continues to grow. But what Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles are on sale during the week of 23rd-29th June 2020?"
London's a fantastic city, so it's no wonder it's featured in so many games. Here are 10 of the best video game representations of England's capital.
No thank you Gamespew. Not flipping through single pages of ads.
Also speaking of London, I'm pretty pumped for BLOOD AND TRUTH on PSVR
That Sux I was hoping they would make a online component
Ubi, if you change your mind:
4 survivor MP.
Probably because the game isn't well received like they hoped. That leaves little room for DLC unless it is free.
My guess is this was probably just a one shot deal for Ubisoft. Something to cash in on all the hardcore launch players who would be buying a Wii U. It's the only game of it's kind at launch so they knew people would eat it up. If it sold great they'd explore future titles, otherwise they probably couldn't care less.
Of course not...because, like EA did with Mass Effect 2 on PS3, and ME3 on WiiU, Ubi probably plans on releasing a "new" version of Zombi on NextBox and PS4, with extra content. I've said from day-1 this game wouldn't remain a WiiU exclusive ; the fact that they won't even bother to support the game...beyond patches...after launch, shows their hand a bit.
