Don't get me wrong, everyone on the list has a rightful place there, but does anyone think that Sam Fisher deserves a place on this list? I mean seriously, the guy pretty much pours his life into his employer Third Echelon, and while he is on a mission, his daughter is killed by a drunk driver, while on an undercover mission he is forced to shoot his boss, and go on the lamb from the law and then to add to his list he finds that he has been set up by a fellow agent and he is being blamed for many things he hasn't done and then finds out that Third Echelon had something to do with his daughters death.
