Thank you Figboy, well f*n said. At that time, every title that came out had to single-handedly justify the price of the PS3. Heavenly Sword was among those 'no games' titles in 2007 which were wrongly ignored but were among my favorites this gen.
I love that driving view. They should have at least had an option for that perspective while driving. The city feels so much more alive in first person.
And they really are styled after the cigarettes. Bleh

The horseback riding, to me, created half of the amazing experience of Shadow of the Colossus. You're riding in this open, desolate world discovering many facets of an ancient civilization. I understand how the author found it boring, but at the same time I have to question how he felt going into SotC. How much expectation did he have really? Sometimes discovering games for yourself yields a much greater reward than wanting to play what many call THE BEST GAME EVER!

Resistance and Motorstorm are very likely holiday releases. Regardless of when they are coming out, though, he is going to have to buy a PS3 all over again in order to enjoy those games. On the bright side, he might land a price cut or a sweet bundle if he indeed decides to buy another one.
While I wouldn't find it very reasonable myself to sell one console, and miss out on great upcoming games, to purchase a redesign of a console I already own; I understand that after all it is your decision and it would be unfair of me to impose my own feelings onto your opinion.
All I'm thinking is how I shouldn't have bought that 360 back in January to play Mass Effect 2. It's an excellent redesign though, so sexy!

Even if they were to charge $100 for the pack, I'd shamelessly overpay just to get them on my system in HD. Such is how much I love these games.
Ever since my 60GB broke and Sony replaced it with a Slim, I've been unable to play these two games. I wish it would come out this year, but I'm glad they're remastering those classics. So this is good and bad news to me.
