a firmware update would only be for profile 2.0 or PS3 and they could possibly patch the hole but it would still be usable on an older player.
I'm going to laugh so hard if that ends up being true. I believe that's more than any ltd of the rpgs on the 360 thus far in japan.

I have several waiting for me too. I have been really kicking myself for asking for the dark knight since I caught a killer deal at circuit city last week on a 52" sharp.
This guy is a joke. he always has something he has to say about blu-ray being dead. Probably the only thing on his list I agree with is the embody chair. I make parts for that chair so I got a demo model for a few weeks and it is so awesome, just not quite $1600 awesome.
I agree that the 360 line up has been very weak this year. They really only had 3 real gems and they only released with in the last 6-7 weeks. My PS3 has been getting used way more than my 360.

umm that would just put the gaming division in the red. you don't make more money by selling something for less than it cost to make.
I kinda doubt the game is that far off because didn't david jaffe just say last week he saw game play on this.

People are products of their environment and with no guidance they can easily take bad ideas and run with them. He's not attacking video games but saying young black men and women need to do something more constructive with their time other than exposing themselves to more violence and adding to an increasingly more self destructive culture.
you sir get a cookie. Not many understand this but consumers don't decide format, the movie studios do. They went blu and as time goes on you will too because they want it that way. at this point I would highly doubt they would put even the smallest amount of support forward for a new format as it would divide the market yet again, pushing consumers to rent rather than own which will net them nothing.

It wouldn't surprise me if a game like that came out in 2010 around the time World War Z hits theaters (great book btw, go read it).
thats kinda the way its looking to me too. Knowing the story is almost the same, and from several previews I've seen the phrase "gears 1.5" has been thrown around more than I would have liked, but the multiplayer does look great though. I'm still getting it but I really hope it turns out better than I think.

I just remembered that I have a guy on my list from Saudi Arabia thats in the US for school and he brought his PS3 over from home.
I'm in the US and I have a couple from Europe. maybe its just specific places that have this problem.
I love this crap where they act like what they are doing is just.
