That's literately two sentences and it comes across more as a lore dump rather than an actual wanted system that the player would be interacting with.
"the police force is "up for hire" and that "laws exist to take bribes from corporations." The corporation could bribe the government to pass a law and then used the corrupt police force to send the law after players. Night City is "a city of people trying to constantly get one up on each ot...
I dunno what Retro Studio's was doing before being given back Metroid if anything but i wish they were allowed to make a 2D Mario game, they did an amazing job with the two Donkey Kong Country games.
"Also pretending that the PC version is 100% realized and just has some bugs is just professional damage control."
He directly says the PC version isn't perfect and they never actually showed how the police system worked in the demos and only vaguely talked about it, here is a quote from them before the game came out about "Emergent Gang Battles." which would explain why the Police system isn't great.
“To be honest, most of our...
It's a pretty big deal especially as high refresh TV panels are becoming the norm, 30 fps feels sluggish in comparison 60 fps let alone 120.

So your response to those handful of fanboys on this website is to act like one yourself? You're acting like others fanboy communities don't do the same thing.

While i agree those things definitely need improvement, mainly the police system, it that also ignores everything else the game does great. It's averaged nearly 200k concurrent players just on Steam since launch, this doesn't excuse the technical issues but lets not pretend it's nothing but a hot mess that does nothing right either.

Breath of the Wild isn't loved because of rose tinted glasses, i loved the game and i'm not a fan of the 3D Zelda games and you had guys like Angry Joe who praised the game despite it being their first Zelda game. The game excels over a lot of other open world games for fusing a lot of ideas in a polished package with a lot of fun gameplay experimentation choices that's simply not possible in other games.

The problem was a lack of solid side activities and no real end game outside of grinding crafting which they nerfed for no reason, i give props to Ubisoft for going on camera and delaying all DLC for the game to fix those core issues/mechanics over the course of a year then pump out the DLC afterwards, sucks it didn't launch like that but they did a much better job when the 2nd game came out.
The thing i like about the writing with Sephiroth is how wrong he is despite being considered highly intelligent by those that were around him and how he changes several times over the course of the games, by the end of FF7 and into Advent Children he could have beaten them but took a personal grudge with Cloud and was more interested in just screwing with him.
"Cyberpunk 2077 entered pre-production with approximately fifty staff members after developer CD Projekt Red finished The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine in 2016. The team was expanded over time, surpassing the size of the team for 2015's The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Their stock peaked in September then dropped a similar amount by mid October, then their stock rose sharply from late November to early December, part of it is people bought while is was still on the lower end then sold high 3 days before it officially launched so i wouldn't look much into it right now until in continues to drop hard for another week.
No, originally it was going to be tied to Metacritic scores prior to launch but it won't be now.

Announced and being in development are two different things, CDPR stated years ago the project didn't hit full development until after the last Witcher 3 DLC was done in 2016.
Just turning DLSS on Performance gave me a 15-30 fps boost with a minimal impact on image quality, I'm glad new systems like this are becoming standard on all platforms.
Or just a long HDMI cord, they're cheap now.

The game is probably too early in development and is not ready to be shown.
That was unexpected but welcome.
I agree but more concessions should have been made to smooth the performance out, being butt ugly would have been better than the stuttering 15-20 fps mess in certain sections they showed.

If two sentences is all you get after 4 years of full development and another 4 years of preproduction/setting up then maybe there isn't much there, that's what i was getting at. Now had they'd gone in depth like how combat and dialogue options work then i would agree.
