The only jarring one I've experienced on PC was during one the first chase scenes the car with the combatants had low textures and my weapon had no sound for 5-10 seconds but it cleared up after that.
Announced but didn't hit development until the first Witcher 3 DLC was done in 2015 and didn't have the entire team behind it until the 2nd DLC Blood and Wine was finished after that: https://www.ign.com/article...
Which games exactly are you talking about that get penalized heavily that are on this scale? Most ambitious open world games can get pretty buggy, those that aren't get reviewed higher than this game has like GTA or RDR2. This isn't to excuse the bugs but there has been plenty of games that got good reviews despite bugs, Fallout & TeS are probably the biggest ones, Skyrim on PS3 was a pure mess and got a 92.
I think it has less to do with free passes and more to...
A lot of the people with the "specific percentage issue" is just the game unpacking if it was preloaded, once it's done unpacking it automatically downloads the rest of the game and is normal.
There is good games here and there, mainly games you can also get on PC/Console but tons of junk to sift through.
He's not hating on Playstation nor is he acting like a fanboy lol.

When exactly? I generally stay away from this stuff but i keep hearing this argument, oddly by people who didn't make accounts until after the PS4/Xone released.
Here's an article from 10 years ago when the PS3 Outsold the 360: https://n4g.com/news/642352...

It says the plan is January 1st so it’s a little over 2 years.
I’d love to play as Zelda/Sheik during the events of Ocarina of Time or make a stealth action game, given her move sets in the Smash games they could have a lot of fun with it.
We went an entire generation without one which is weird to think given how popular they used to be, I'm excited to see what they can do on current hardware
The main studio didn't make Fallout 76, they only helped with some of the world design and artwork. It was the Austin Studio originally known as Battlecry Studios, it was technically the first game they made since the game they were working on called Battlecry was never released. This isn't justification for the state Fallout 76 launched in but it's hardly an indication that Starfield or TeS will be bad, we won't know until we actually see the games.
I'd imagine through stuff like mirrors, advertisements while walking down street, ray tracing ect.
I doubt that one is real, it's 5 seconds long and by the end of the clip you can see the smoke quickly dissipating, they even post a video of a different guy blowing vape into the bottom of the system which looks nearly identical to the 5 second clip.

It's a reddit link with 120 comments, that's not exactly a large sample size lol. That'd be like saying Crowbcat videos on the PS4 & Xbox showing hardware issues at launch are an indication of a massive issue when in reality it's far too early to tell.
I’d argue releasing the game in between Call Of Duty and Battlefield was why it didn’t sell well, the first game on Xone sold around the same amount as 2 did on both the PS4/Xone, they should have waited to release it.

Stuff like that only matters to fanboys and is hardly an actual argument when there is tens of millions of gamers across all platforms, the first part of your comment constricts what most people on this site for years though, there is a huge market of people who aren't interested in building or buying a PC for gaming.
Bah lol, only a few weeks thankfully.
They spent the entire generation saying the Playstation 4 was the best place for multiplat games for consoles and gave glowing praise for the graphics on first party games yet they ridiculously biased for setting a toe outside the line, they proceeded to say first impressions of the game were extremely positive immediately after the part you paused at lol.
“And I will 100% have more disagrees in this thread with people defending them.”
No you won’t lol.
That's rough... they either should have stripped back visuals more so it could at least maintain 30 fps or dumped the last gen versions, reminds me trying to play Far Cry 3 on the 360.
