Really? The campaign was good? Now I'll have to try it. I wrote it off as trash.
This game looks like a gem. Hope the game as a whole lives up to its visuals.
Pretty sure I'll enjoy this. I liked Mad Max, I'll like this.
Exactly what I expected. Another game to look forward to tomorrow. Awesome.
Agreed. Nearly everyone seems to enjoy zombies in one form or other as well. God of War is a little more niche, I'd say.
I'm not at all surprised by this. Congratulations to the team at Bend are in order. Can't wait to see what they can do with the PS5; all Sony's studios actually.
People like zombies. Simple.
PlayStation won't be ousted by Stadia; it's too well entrenched. PlayStation is proven, while Stadia has a hell of a lot to prove. Microsoft, meanwhile, will continue to do their own thing.
I'm just not convinced by Stadia.
It's a good game and I'm glad people are enjoying it. That thing with O'Brien pretty much confirms a sequel. Looking forward to some DLC as well.
Vice City was the most memorable GTA for me with its Scarface inspiration and 80's setting. Great soundtrack too.
Also, (and I don't know if this is a bug or not) I'll kill a deer, only for the game to spawn an investigation circle. I 'know' who killed the deer. I KILLED THE DEER.
These circles appear throughout the game, and when all is right, are a good way to lead you to rewards (hostages) and being ambushed, which you can consider a reward also since these areas you're whisked away to often have scrap and supplies.
I've encountered a few of these, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they kill the experience. What kills the experience and is unforgivable are the audio and syncing issues.
I'm aware this isn't universal, but it ruined the final parts of the game for me.
When I see someone speaking negatively about a movie, show, or game that I like, I'll disagree of course - perhaps even fervently; it's natural. You become emotionally invested in these things to a degree, and it's the degree that many of these people become invested that's the problem. Their ability to 'manage' or cope with criticism is almost non-existent, and we've seen that play out here, once again, with Days Gone.
I love The Witcher 3, and ...
I can't tell you how many games have had embargoes lifted a day before release and been just fine. There's too many.
That said, the game looks fun. Formulaic and familiar, but fun. The gun play and physics look like a blast, as does the driving and general exploration. Mad Max but more fun is what I see.
I can't imagine much, at least not in the way of gaming.
There's a difference between graphics/visuals and image quality.
That's ok; I really didn't expect that at all anyway. If it's anything like Borderlands 2 I'll be happy.
Can't say you have bad taste. I enjoyed all those games (some more than others) but I also enjoy puzzle platforming like Hue. Hue is a game that I stumbled upon that nobody talks about. It barely has graphics at all but it's a damn good platformer.
I really enjoyed Edith Finch; what a sad game, and that ending...
You don't have the ability to track hordes until you complete the main game. It's then and only then that hordes get bars as well, except for the sawmill. I hope there's a huge 'horde' DLC. They're the best.
I've done everything in the game and I'm thinking by the time I clear Rage 2, they'll have some DLC out.
That's awesome. Call of Duty could definitely use this kind of talent.
