One that is much higher than the specification of the Xbox One X over PS4 Pro suggests.
That is easy, unless you are totally inept, a fanboy or don’t critically think. Forza 4 was the last racing game on Xbox 360, which means the user base was at it’s largest by over twice the users of Xbox One. This more people have the opportunity to get this gem.
If you look at meta critic scores Forza series sits at the top this entire generation. No other game has scored higher. It It s the best racing game this c9nsole generation.

I think true power of X is enticing a lot of people. I have seen lots of PS4 and PC players say they are jumping ship. Some have added the console to their setup. Many places are selling out. Right now Amazon doesn't even have enough stock to fulfill their sales.

after the many decades of gaming history, I'm pretty sure everyone can see that exclusives isn't what makes great game. Great games are done by great developers period.

The most beloved games are Call of Duty and the multiplats. They are sold and played the most every year!
I'm certain those "exclusive" games you hold so dear are perfectly creatable without being exclusive.
Sounds like bias to me. There are far more well rated multiplatform games released every year. If you majorly buy exclusives, you are a minority, and likely biased.
Multiplatform games are by far the "most" played, bought, spent money on and released.

The best console exclusive racing game multiple times is still Forza. Can anyone beat Forza 7, let alone Forza Horizon 3?

That is what I love about Steam, they don't try that BS and their second party games are timed exclusive and free to go to other platforms. The ludicrousness of people wanting the platform to withhold games is the most stupendous thing I have heard in a long time. Keep asking for exclusivity so you can be chained to their platform....

PS VR is on clearance for a while now. Devs are running for the hills and closing studios left and right so I don’t blame retailers for doing it.

You don’t need raw number to see 5e power of X. If you can’t, get your eyes checked. Eye disease is very dangerous.
As I said , the dev said nothing about them being exclusive or even saying anything about the future. It is an intentional vague statement to keep their Sony overlord happy for the time being.
They also said they released all of the Scorpio Editions, and MS cannot stop retailers from holding stock for a variety of promotions. Some were also delayed as there are major stock issues with Xbox One X.
