Sony already answered why they can't make it playable on PS4. It is because Sony couldn't charge you again for those games or that really crappy service called PS Now. It is very simple. It is the same reason there is no crossplay with other consoles. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ony!

I don't think there is a single demanding AAA game on PS4 Pro that does native 4k. There are a significant number of them on Xbox One X though. I can't think of any in 60fps though. Maybe CoD: WWII?
Clearly not, as MS tried going all digital less than 5 years ago. However, it was the right path that people will soon see the light of, but it is too late.
From a tech standpoint the difference isnt' that big, but when you can get a 125% extra resolution boost, extra graphical features, better frame rate and 4K textures, the difference is staggering.
Of course some games will drop the ball and give you something on the Xbox One X closer to the PS4 Pro.
There are some great games indeed, but let's face it. There is a massive amount of great content right now so there is no lack of games in general. That's the great thing about mid cycle upgrade.
So far it is a 4:1 ratio of PS4 Slim and seeing price drops on PS4 Pro, while Xbox One X is out, I suspect that ratio might take a bigger hit in favor of PS4 Slim.
To be fair, that is because the PS4 Pro is a confused offering. It isn't really a true 4k device and it's messaging reflect this. Nor does it have UHD Blu-Ray drive as Sony cut corners. It's performance is just a notch above PS4 Slim, and it struggles to get great support from first party.
