console launch exclusive != timed exclusive
It is only timed exclusive if it ever comes to other platform, and I'm not even sure if that really qualifies as timed exclusivity, since there is not necessarily a deal to keep it off other platforms. It's more like came first and by default is exclusive.
So if the good games doesn't come to PS4, there is no big loss?
I'm pretty sure people will disagree with that if it is PUBG. You know the biggest game on Steam right now.

No, MS tweaks each game to ensure it runs well. Sony just dumps boost mode out, tell you that you are on your own and call it a day.
