After all, the Xbox 360 version could still have a quarter of a second faster loading times than the PS3 version. And everyone could agree that that would automatically outweigh any exclusive a$$-kicking Kratos gameplay that the PS3 version has...
Ohh The Sarcasm! If you ain't feeling it, you must be dead...or just thick as a brick!
You must not own a PS3 to have made such a dismayed statement.
What is ARS Technica and why should we care if they prefer non stop run-and-gun, text box dialoged FPS gameplay over stylish, cinematic next-gen FPS gameplay?
More potential victims for Kratos.
ps3 is 8 days in to the new year and it has 2 AAA games the Xbox 360 does not have wow.
But I always want more; I can officially die happy if a DC vs. Marvel Universe game is released.
LOL, god is the gaming web journalist community full of a bunch of dim spastic bulbs. Now in the current generation the opinions expressed on videogames is not simply influenced by the inherent qualities and peculiarities found within a piece of software, but also the platform that such software finds itself on.

You're d*cking yourself around if you don't think this piece wasn't drafted to capitalize on the release of Mass Effect 2 fo...
Does that 8 million figure include the Kinect units that were sold to and then given away by Burger King?
Microsoft will never tell.
they are right up there with Microsoft.
Oh Hell Yeah!!! I hope no one soiled their huggies after just reading that.
Because if it is, I'm interested. Long a time it has been since I've had a knee-jerk reaction in buying a game merely from playing it's demo and nothing else (Vanguish).
Vanguish practically came out of nowhere to pwn some a$$. Can the same be said about Darksiders?
Imagine if someone were to go ahead and purchase a domain name for a major potential future product like "Windows8.com" or "PSP2.com". Having the foresight to do such a thing could really pay off, but then again the circumstances and the potential ways major corporations can circumvent from buying high from a domain holder are plenty. Such as Microsoft just going ahead with "MSWindows8.com" or Sony just going with "SonyPSP2.com". A good amount of buyin...
...not by man, correct? (and just me saying that is going along with the assumption that monotheism is the universal truth).
The legacy of Jesus Christ has been "well documented" throughout many centuries (not including reports of him beeing seen in grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, oil stains, and toilets), but that does not immediately confirm any tangible legitimacy into the legacy. The stories and trials and tribulations of Peter Pan are "well documented...
according to popular myth. Nobody even knows for sure that Jesus Christ was even a person or had physical form at all. So the whole argument on what ethnicity Jesus Christ was in itself could be mute.
I'm just saying, throwing another perspective into the discussion here.
"404: Page Not Found"
WTF?
Judging from the screenshot up top, the gun looks too kiddy-ish. Too Fake. I wish it was all black with maybe some red or dark-grey tint.
But then again, this is the 21st century, and fake toy guns only looked real back in the 80's and beyond. Before all the liberals had to make everything so god damn politically correct.
Konami needs to give this kind of treatment to MGS, MGS2: Substance, and MGS3: Subsistence.
Splinter Cell is good, but after Pandora Tomorrow it started losing its luster. What about the "Mercs vs. Spies" online multiplayer for Pandora Tomorrow? Are the servers going to be reactivated with this rerelease?
Are you saying "Boo" or "Boo-urns"???
Edit: nevermind. Only Hans Moleman can say "Boo-urns"
Ballistic damage has been done to death. Some frag and simmer would have hit the spot. The color of the incediaries would have complemented the red-ring better as well.
and I would have no qualms about its technical performance. I played it on the Xbox 360, but I never purchased the DLC content made available for it. So I guess it may be the better deal made available for it on the Playstation 3.
I remember having tons of fun (so much fun that I still remember the fond memories some 13+ years ago) with the minigames contained within the Golden Saucer within Final Fantasy VII, the experiences within Final Fantasy VIII (the Battle Card Game), and Final Fantasy IX (underrated, but still classic), that The "author" of this article, does not try to renege the memories of the real gamers that are still present here on N4G. We know what's real, and what isn't. And we know w...
Piss off first, D*ckhead! Nobody cares for your amateur opinion.

The Playstation 3 already has earned the accolade of the 3rd fastest selling console of all time, if I am not mistaken. That is pretty damn impressive when you consider the fact that it launched at $700, a figure that pretty much stereotyped it as the next Neo-Geo by all the short-sighted critics.
