i played the fallout 3 at 1080p on my pc. This should be no different.

My 9800gtx has held up really well so far. been almost 2yrs i got it. plays everything at 1080. though this does looks very enticing i am gonna wait a bit for a price drop then pick up one of these ;-) or maybe go with an ATI since prices are bound to drop with these releasing.
Its not like i didnt give the Xbox360 a chance.
Like t850 said, i dont want to be having to deal with faulty hardware. Maybe the situation has improved with the recent Xbox 360's however i dont have the kind of cash laying around to take the risk.
Also like i mentioned i got most of the games with my existing setup.
Not only are they slow. Their products are rushed and untested.
While its good they have a console in the market to give Sony some competition since that is always a good thing for the consumer. I think Microsoft need to test their products before launching atleast.

Tried the demo for Gow 3 on my friends PS3, the game looks awesome. I would have a hard time picking which looks better uncharted 2 or Gow 3.
Its gonna be a great game and a day 1 buy for me. I also game on the PC alot these days. Sony exclusives are really good and show how much the PS3 can be pushed, however i wouldnt go as far as naming them graphics king compared to games running on PC.
its 29usd, cant see how they are selling it for 30gbp. shouldnt be more then 20gbp according to the current conversion rate.

i was debating on getting the ps3 version, but with the price difference where i am at PC version being 25usd cheaper and higher res fps, PC was the obvious choice.

havent upgraded my pc in 3years now. the only upgrade i gave it was a 9800gtx 1.5years back. Its been outperforming my ps3 on every game. Mean while the games on pc are cheaper. I recovered the cost of the gpu a long while back.
I started buying most of my games on PC ever since i went steam.
Console games cost about 75usd where i am at(i know its rape). Steam still maintains the US pricing in this region, difference per game is about 30usd. Insane.
My Ps3 now only plays exclusive games, next game on the ps3 will be gow3.
I get all my multiplats on the PC, since they are superior compared to the ps3 version and cheaper.
My pc has a 9800gtx, which runs all games @1080p and the games cost me cheaper, so why waste more money on the console versions and end up with an inferior copy.
BC2 and metro 2033 will be played on PC.
my ps3 will be playing gow3, i am not interested in FF13.

Since a single 4850 would still play all games at 1080p, having it in crossfire is just a luxury. Tahts the beauty of PC gaming its very versatile.
