Winback (N64) was the first game to utilize 3rd person cover system, not Gear of wars. MGS (psx) came second.
("First Cover system" however goes to Time Crisis (arcade) )
The closest thing games have come to "first person cover system" is the "Leaning" which was first in Ghost Recon (PC).
Yea but if you are going on a 13 hour flight to Japan or Eastern Europe? This is the closest thing to a Best Buy in the airport. I take psp when I fly, so the option of picking up some movies is pretty cool.

I however disagree to a point. As far as Epic saying,"they pushed the 360 to the limit", I find that hard to believe. A counter example would be when Final Fantasy X and GT4 developers said they pushed the ps2 to its limit last generation. That of coarse wasn't true and many better looking games came out later.
