Trying to downplay how well the voice recognition on the X1 is, isn't going to make the PS4 camera any better.
Everyone has reported the Kinect success rate of around 88%. IGN was using an older build, when the newer build has been used it has been flawless from the preview videos I watched. Try harder.

Kinect is an IR blaster and controls your TV, cable box, sound system, ect.. Can turn them all on/off at once. So next.
Once the intial setup is done it always listening for Xbox On, so for the X1 this would be considered a cold boot.

I'm not talking about CoD, I understand the exceptions here, but to think every reviewer that gives your game of choice a bad score is paid off or has no idea what they are talking about is ludicrous. I mean did you even watch or read to the reviews to hear what the technician problems or story issues, or anything that would help make an informed choice?

Wrong, Thunderhead is the XBL division of Azure and it has 300,000 servers dedicated to it in the Chicago data center, they spent 700 million on this. The rest of Azure is hosted elsewhere.
