Definitely this. If devs work on advanced AI it will literally be a game changer, because you will have to think smart. I get fed up of bullet sponges in games. Imagine you vs a team of even 4 or 5 intelligent AI. It would feel like a different game and feel so much more real, plus it would HUGELY extend gameplay longevity as you couldn't just go in like Rambo. Every fight would become a tactical puzzle and would be extremely tense. Not to mention the hugely enhanced sense of achievement ...

I bought GRID Autosport a while ago but hadn't played it, so I've just started now that they have announced this. It holds up pretty well actually.

Haha I will! I just get sidetracked and often forget I own it as it's on the hard drive rather than on disc. I will get to it soon I promise!

I have TLOU Remastered but still haven't played it yet. Need to finish The Nathan Drake Collection first.

I haven't played it yet either.

I reckon 82-84. Good the embargo lifts before release day.

Agree to an extent. It's funny because I remember last gen there were loads of Microsoft fanboys and this site had many anti-Sony people. I was actually shocked when the tides turned so much. We need competition as like you said it encourages better games, competitive pricing. I don't think Sony would have taken it lightly though.

How are they not giving a crap anymore? They may be ahead but that's because of hard work and dedication. The PS3 only just beat the Xbox 360. The playing field was pretty much level going into this gen. Microsoft ballsed it up by trying to market an all in one media device and Sony came out with a more powerful and cheaper console and games, games, games. Hardly resting on laurels.

I respect him for trying, but I really don't see the day Xbox will ever do well in Japan.

1.2 million in 7 months is fantastic given the price of the peripheral. I love mine (but don't play it enough).

PS Now for me personally just costs too much. I am and always have been a PlayStation gamer, but I must admit I'm jealous of Game Pass, which seems to be excellent value. I know I will get down voted for this but that's just my opinion. I would love PS Now to be more enticing but they still haven't given the option to bundle it with PS Plus or to just reduce the price.

I vaguely remember playing the first game and getting stuck and not going back to it years ago on DreamCast. How do the first two games hold up today? As I'm absolutely down for getting the PS4 remasters and playing through if they have aged well. I like retro titles (if you can call it that yet!).

Amen. My backlog includes HZD, God of War, The Order 1886, Hellblade, Xenoblade 2. I'm currently playing Breath of the Wild. Not sure which to pick next, but the day GaaS takes hold and if ever SP games stop being made is the game I go exclusively retro. I'm just not interested in Multiplayer. Each to their own.

Beat me to it. I was gonna say don't play it.

I knew they lost money on the PS3 but I didn't know it was that much. Ouch.

I don't think they will do it. The PSP did fairly well, but got hacked too early. IIRC the SD cards were part of how it was so easily hacked, hemce Sony's decision to go proprietary for the Vita. They should have called it PSP2, They should have charged half the price they did for the memory cards and they should have done what Nintendo did with the 3DS - cut the RRP when they realised it wasn't selling. Do whatever it takes to get the sales in early lifecycle, or 3rd party suppor...

My jaw literally DROPPED when I saw the price. I knew it would be a lot but that's crazy! I'll stick with my 200GB thanks (though it's filling faster than I'd like to admit). Good job cards can be swapped in and out.

I agree. Basically the handheld Dreamcast. The only difference being Sega really tried to continue supporting the DreamCast and Sony stopped Vita support way too soon. Such a shame as I love mine.

RIP. Still have and love mine. Just wish that beautiful OLED had been a little bigger. The Switch hit the sweet spot size wise IMO.

I bought but haven't played the original on Switch (backlog). That looks amazing. Think I'll go fire up the original as my next game to play!
