I can't comment on the game as I haven't played it and well done Sony, but I'm still annoyed it requires an online connection, even for single player.
Who knew there were so many popcorn recipes!
Pretty crazy Switch numbers when you consider it is already at over 100 million. Am buying my 2nd (OLED) model this week and selling my old one. I wonder how many of those were people upgrading.
Or on gamepass?
Deep Down looked really great. Of course, we've had Dark Souls 3 and Bloodborne and more since then to fill the void.
Yeah and what makes me sick is even CEX in the UK is scalping. Yes, they are a business, but my friend seeing a PS5 for £750 second hand made me feel sick.
Yep, my mate queued for over an hour only to find that the website internally at Game went down. He tried but had no joy online either or at Smyths.
Comment of the century lol.
Some complete idiot messaged me on PSN and spoiled it. He messaged loads of people. Don't know why some people do that. Thing is, I haven't played Part 1 so I don't know if what he says happens is even possible.
Yeah they can be. Any% runs I think. Could be wrong though.
Considering some people still haven't bought it, those numbers are crazy! (I haven't bought it yet).
Definitely this. The new BGaE is a bastardisation of the original.
This sort of thing makes me all misty eyed. I was growing up alongside the transition from 2D to 3D. I'm glad finally low poly is being used by people as an art direction. For a long time it was seen as ugly but I actually find beauty in it. Like a child's drawing, the industry was learning something entirely new and I find it fascinating how different developers had to adopt a new way of thinking to solve how best to make 3D work. A similar thing is now happening in VR as developers ...
Agreed. This is only the beginning as well. The longer the game is out people will only get better at creating stuff. I can see people being picked up and getting into the gaming industry as a result of this. I'm sure we will see level designers, creative leads etc etc coming from Dreams.
I have read a few previews that mention that the tools make it so anyone can do it. There's going to be a learning curve of course but the game sounds like it features very comprehensive tutorials, and it's due to have a campaign so that may also teach along the way (speculating).
I didn't know you could achieve low poly either, but I think Mm wanted people to be able to create literally anything. To add to your comment about low poly - the creator has also redu...
That is the absolute bollocks. I would so love that!
Can't believe NBA2K20 is 2nd. That broken mess; all it does is reinforce to devs that people will buy broken shit.
The game could do with a marketing push and I hope it gets that, but the thing is a lot of the created experiences kind of speak for themselves. Mm have already said they see the game continuing on to PS5, and I'm sure it will get a very healthy community of creators. Levels were being created in LittleBigPlanet for years after release, so I see no reason why this will be any different, and I'm sure when the reviews of the game come around this will help build hype for it too. I imagi...
If they can come in at £399 I'll be shocked but pleasantly surprised. My guess is £429-449.
It's not about Internet connection. It's about video game ownership. If a game forces an online connection you never actually own it as it won't work when servers are turned off.
