were Naughty Dog and Insomniac lazy too for not developing for the Xbox 360?
Uncharted, Motorstorm and Resistance were bundled with PS3.
Mass Effect, Crackdown and Left4Dead has NOT been bundled with Xbox 360.
Do you know why Wii Sport is the best selling game of all times? Because it's bundled with every single Wii that's sold.
This really has nothing to do with gaming.
Halo
Halo 2
Halo 3
Halo Wars
Halo ODST
Halo Reach
The franchise is not even 10 year old.
Microsoft is wearing out the Halo franchise.
Some new flagship IPs for the Xbox consoles -- other than just Halo and Gears of War -- would be nice.
Given that StarCraft II is coming out in late 2009 and Diablo III in 2010. Both are exclusive to the PC. You know those two games are going to sell, like, gazillions of copies.
Like everything else Microsoft makes, you don't want to rush out and buy Windows 7 at launch. Definitely do NOT be stupid enough to pre-order it.
Wait until Microsoft releases the first major patch/revision/update to fix all the bugs, glitches, red ring of death or whatever problems you know Windows 7 is gonna have.
He just went into hiding with Elvis.
Folklore is a forgettable game.
All these games played on the latest PCs quite well (because I've just tried them recently):
Zork (1980 = 29 year old)
Alley Cat (1983 = 26 year old)
Digger (1983 = 26 year old)
Ultima IV (1985 = 24 year old)
Quest for Glory II (1991 = 18 year old)
Ultima VI series (1992 = 17 year old)
Jagged Alliance (1994 = 14 year old)
Fallout (1997 = 12 year old)
Baldur's Gate (1998 = 11 ye...
have PC versions, which are the superior versions. (Sony fanboys may be in denial and don't want to hear this: but the PC version of Fallout 3, with mod tools and all DLCs and everything, *is* the superior versions.)
It's smarter to buy the PC versions. Fifteen or twenty years from now, I will be able to play and relive those "old" games on my future PCs with a little tweaking.
Who knows if Microsoft or Sony will still be in the console business by then, ...
That is the problem for Sony. Western RPGs continue to be the sore spot for PlayStation.
no NPC interaction, no dialog option, no conversation tree.
It's just a hack-and-slash dungeon crawler in 3D.
No thanks.
Never heard of them. What have they done before?
I'm thinking about StarCraft II and Diablo III. As far as I know, those gems are NOT on Xbox 360 or PS3.
And Sony fanboys need to stop trolling Blizzard forums and harassing Blizzard for PS3 ports of StarCraft and Diablo. Those games are fine on PC as they are; they are best played with a keyboard and a mouse -- on a PC. And it's not Blizzard's job to help sell keyboards and mice on the PS3.
If you want to play StarCraft and Diablo, get a PC -- and stop whining a...
LOL. I don't intend to ever purchase one.

You should be playing Fallout 3 and its DLCs on the PC anyway.
just pocket change for Microsoft
This may come as a surprise to you:
Valve founders and executives - including Gabe Newell - were former Microsoft employees who became millionaires when Microsoft went public. When Valve was founded, much of the initial investments in the company were made by former Microsoft employees who are current Microsoft executives, (i.e., friends and colleagues of Gabe Newell and Mike Harrington at Microsoft.) Gabe Newell still hangs out and plays golf with his old pals at Microsoft. ...
