This game will be tough to wait for. The first was excellent and I'm still loving it after 3 playthroughs. The visuals in the next game will be even more stunning. This is the best game so far on the PS3 in my opinion. Naughty Dog gets massive props from me for Uncharted. Bring on the next one!!!
Quit being such a fanboy POG. RGB does make a difference and the only reason you don't know this is because you're a fanboy. By the way I haven't seen this sex scene on mass effect so I have to ask is there texture pop-in on the characters too or are they displayed at full res the whole time. It would suck to have that sort of stuff come in after the scene was over.
That my computer can't run. I refuse to constantly upgrade and dish out the large sums of money required for computer gaming. The screenshots do look amazing though and I'm sure they will get even better as the game develops further.
I don't know about this game. I've seen two videos so far and they didn't blow me away except the destructability. Hopefully it turns out to be a good game but I just don't know much about campaign or MP modes. Need more info to decide.
There are plenty of reasons to own a 360 just like there are plenty to own a PS3. I don't think anyone who frequents this site needs a list to understand this. But here we are (even myself) commenting so keep the lists coming no matter how lame.
I'd like to play and none of my friends with 360's have it. I'm afraid to get a 360 because if it breaks on me even once I'm going to be pissed and I'm not willing to upgrade my PC with tons of money especially when I don't like gaming on a PC. Hopefully one day I'll play it. Maybe if the reliability issues get sored out.
So this really shouldn't even matter except as "yep I thought so." For comparisons I really only trust people who have played it because the sites just seem to biased. I would like to think it went both ways but seriously we all know it always went against the PS3 and they seriously downplayed some great games. On the other side I played several 360 games where I thought "well that definitely wasn't 9.3/10." Not that it was bad but just too often didn't justify the scores ...
That's about what they are saying. Set all the machines to optimal settings and show the videos. If it does truly run better on one versus the other (whether 360 or PS3) then so be it. But I want it the best it can be.
Bring it Insomniac. I can't wait for this one. The squad based multiplayer aspect really interests me as the 60 player fragfest might get old. I really lost interest in the 40 player of R1 after a short-time. I prefer COD4 style but we'll see what it's like this fall.

I'd say most 360 owners don't want casual games. They usually diss them and proclaim how shooters are all that matters. I'm sure there are gamers who do I just haven't seen many. The question of if the 360 CAN do casual games is just stupid. It more than has the capability. If the wii can do it being not even close to the same level the 360 will have no problem. But like I said, I think most 360 owners are not the casual gaming types.
But I'm still hesitant to get a 360. I want one but they still seem to have problems. The new ones have to prove everything is alright first. I'll give it a little longer.

Releasing a console now or next year would not be very wise in my opinion. MS is just now starting to profit on 360 so kicking it to the curb will eliminate the most profitable times and put MS back in the hole financially for the gaming division. I think 2010 would be the earliest they could release it. I've been wanting this game ever since I saw the Pre-vis Force Powers video. All of it sounds amazing (although dual-wield would have been the ultimate). Still cannot wait for this one. I hope they continue to give us more info. Perhaps a trailer on PSN & XBL.

I would like to get a 360 someday but so far I keep hearing bad news even from people who have gotten the newer ones. I wish they would get it under control and that the new chips prove to fix the problem one so I can get one, and not have to worry about it breaking, and two so there's less ammunition for flame wars.
