I want both of these games. Unique powers (although different for each game) in a sandbox environment. Both games should be tight. Just more to add to the list of amazing bank account draining must-haves.
I've been looking forward to this game since last summer. This is a huge disappointment. I hope LucasArts somes out and say it's not true. Come on guys, Say it aint so.
I'm considering this game but would like a demo first. LucasArts really needs to bring out Force Unleashed. That interests me even more than this one although this game does deserve a look.
I haven't enjoyed an EA sports game in some time. I actually can't tell you the last game from them that I liked enough to buy. They especially lost me with the whole Madden debacle. I think that actually rubbed most people the wrong way. I would like if EA Big can get a next-gen SSX. Those games were fun.
This debate is getting old. Everyone except extreme fanboys know what a huge difference it makes. I can tell you that on my Bravia the difference is quite clear. No more posts about this because it's not news anymore. Yes GT did do the PS3 a disservice by showing games the way they did but then every site had it in for the PS3 (many still do) in 2007. Moving on...
Sounds like 360 cumming a little early. Might disappoint some people. j/k I do think 2008 will see a big leap for PS3 and PS3 owners will have even more to be thankful for. The future looks bright.
I still don't have one. Unless they can prove that the console can function without eating itself on a regular basis then MS sales figures will always be one less than they could be.
I can't speak for everyone but I can tell you that I use my PS3 for gaming, Blu-Rays, and DVDs. I got it as a gaming machine first and movie player second (definitely spend more time playing than watching). No complaints with my PS3. I'm glad it can do it all.
Gears was way to short. That really disappointed me. The first resistance was epic in length and I think the second will match. I've played gears several times and it was a good game but not enough to warrant buying a 360. Uncharted passed it graphically and now COD4 is more fun especially in MP so Gears had its day and now it's past.
I do hope they make it longer. So many people have badmouthed PS3 games for being short but as pretty as gears looked it was the shortest game I think I've played on a next gen console. They really need to make it longer and give the option of large and small MP matches. If they can do this (oh and give it a little more story) then it will rock.
Yeah actually it is your fault this site is getting ruined because 360 fanboys were polluting the comments long before PS3 fanboys were. Before PS3 people even had anything to brag about 360 fanboys were in mass numbers dissing it. xbox360 owners started all the crap. Epic numbers on all consoles. I have to say responding to 54 that it had to be the best year in gaming yet. I bet 2008 will surpass it though. But only time will tell. Video gaming in the billions of dollars. Sure has come a long way.

Either you have the worst luck of anyone on Earth or you're lying. Less than 1% failure rate and you get two of them in less than one year. No machine is perfect and everything does break from time to time but having two go bad already is pretty tough to believe.
For a game focusing on the force I don't see how lightsabres are going to a huge aspect anyway. I can only see this game being worthwhile on PS3 and 360. If they wanted a Wii functionality like this they should make a Wii specific game. I might just consider getting a Wii if they did. I'm more interested in using the force in this game.
But still with Vista sucking and the 360's best possibly in the past ( I say *possibly*) there may be a dark reason for leaving. It could be nothing though. Only the higher-ups in the company really know and honestly it doesn't affect me one bit.
But I would be really surprised if the PS4 didn't support games from previous consoles. They would be crazy to give up on the past games they have. Still though we have quite a few years before we even need to be bringing this up.
For all of 2007. It would only be fair if they started "hating" the 360 now displaying poorer sales figures. Maybe game reviewers will switch too and start giving 360 games lower scores and PS3 games higher scores to even out all the bias from last year. I for one would like to see the wrongs righted. If you don't agree then just shut up about them sucking.
