As a console gamer, I'll be satisfied with it looking at least as good a Bad Company 2, as it's the gameplay that I'm excited about.
Please don't forget to get everything else correct DICE: hit detection, randomiexed spawn points, no laggy servers, responsive controls, large variety of modes and maps, etc.
Fabulous graphics should be the icing on an already magnificent cake.
I'm guessing there wont be a Ps4 before 2014.
Sony should introduce a Ps3 PLUS:
-- 2 Gb RAM
-- revised true multi-tasking game OS
-- improved Browser, Media players
-- FM tuner
-- HDMI input
The rest of the hardware will be the same as Ps3 and this machine would be a monster with massive improvements over the Ps3 for a couple of hundred extra.

But Warhawk is not awesome because it's a TPS.
Making Warhawk a FPS merely makes all the awesomeness more "up close & personal."
Warhawk is not perfect.
Even with the shortcomings of the controls -- and that crappy autoaim -- it doesn't take much to get use to, as you would have with the laggy KZ2 controls.
Warhawk is an awesome game due to the freedom a player is given with 31 other players to wage war on a large battlefield.
It is the closest you can get to a Battlefield 2 experience....without the modern weapons and looks.
I'm pissed with the whole Starhawk idea.
It should have been a Warhawk 2 ....a simple sequel.
Warhawk 2 would have already been out by now as you don't have to do major changes, just tweaks and simple improvements.
Starhawk looks as if they are trying to reinvent the wheel....which explains the delay. But the wheel is fine as is and doesn't need reinventing.
Warhawk 2 for example could have easily been released...
This game would have destroyed Gears, Halo, MW had it simply "Modern Warfare" or "Gears of War" environments, weapons, and vehicles...instead of it's simpler, cartoony looks.
But it's still the best console shooter that's as close to a Battlefield 2 experience, you can get.
Warhawk doesn't need campaign.
Warhawk 2 simply needs better and cool looking weapons, environments, vehicles, 64 player limit, prone, roll and sprint abilities,more realistic physics, and to go FPS AND....

As a person who games on both platforms I can tell you in confidence that PSN gamers are just as good as XBL.
The only problem with PSN gamers is that we can create multiple accounts and be silly online instead of playing serious and working on getting good stats.
Move is a must....3D not so for the time being. Also KB & Mouse should also be added for the Ps3 just to give the gamer the option.
Would prefer they work on allowing 360 and Ps3 gamers to play each other. Now that would be a real BATTLEFIELD.
SP should be fun but it's the MP(with large maps and vehicles) that makes Battlefield what it is.
Need more info on MP modes and maps especially for the consoles with their smaller 24 player limit. They just better not gimp the modes/maps as they did in BC2.
Also need to hear that they've sorted out the server lag and slow control issues of BC2 MP.....as well as improved the hit detection and fully randomized base spawn points as in Warhawk.

B3 is going to be alot better than Bad Company 2. BC2 MP is a more realistic FPS that kicks MW2's ass

Remember that those idiots at Free Radical are now working for Crytek and did the Ps3 version of Crysis 2.
I believe they bought Free Radical....those idiots who made Haze...specifically to work on the Ps3 version.

He's right about how lazy the DICE has been with BC MP. It's still a great experience but ruined at times with things that they should have fixed a long time ago.
Seems like they will be catering for the PC crowd even though PC game sales are a fraction of the total console sales. They need to get their priorities right and satisfy the MAJORITY of its customers, especially if they want to take on Modern Warfare and its domination of the shooter market.

It's an old school game that's going to be lost in a gaming world familiar with and expecting at least "Modern Warfare" glitz, coolness and gameplay of this generation of shooters.
