Personally, I think Sutherland has a great voice and I love what I'm seeing (and hearing) from the trailers shown. Kiefer's voice goes really well with the imagery and the feel of that last trailer that was released.
Yup.
Difference was, my joke was a play on the misspelling of "icerberg". The other guy thinks he's Mexican. You know what they say about sarcasm, right?
The Titanic sunk when it hit an icerberg.
Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly... all I can say is that I was glad to have experienced such an amazing game. Truly scary and effective on a very deep level. It's a game that stays with you long after you've played it. Also the first game to give me full on nightmares.
LOL Here's what really gets me about the game. They've gone all out to make this incredibly realistic world (which you have to admit is pretty impressive) yet you have this phone that does things that no phone in reality can do or will ever be able to do and it always takes me out of the game. I'm hoping that the next iPhone that comes out will be able to tell me when someone is going to try to mug me, even if the mugger themselves haven't thought to do it yet.
I'm down the middle on that game. Playing it now on the XB1 and it's both impressive yet annoying at the same time.
You would think that comparing game systems would fall on actual games then system specs and sales specs, no?
The Shining used classical music to great effect. Would be cool if Red Barrels licensed some creepy classical music for use in a future title.
I've screamed out loud twice already playing this game. That's very impressive, to say the least.
Outlast is a game that I can only play for a few minutes at a time. The graphics are very realistic and give a Blair Witch feel to what's going on as the video camera view looks eerily photo realistic. The sound design especially deserves high praise.
Easy, because it justifies their choice of purchase to some extent. I don't care how well the PS4 is outselling the XB1. Right now I'm loving the XB1 and everything it has to offer.
Really curious to see how this release will perform. If I had a PS4, I wouldn't double dip on this personally. Not that I hated the game or anything, I loved it on the PS3 but I just had no desire to revisit it when I was done, save for that amazing beginning.
Dude. I can only play that game for like a half hour at a time. It's not fun to play a game where every few minutes, your rear speakers erupt with the sound of running footsteps and the panting breath of some savage looking to kill you with his bare hands.
Seems like a lot of you are neglecting to mention what has these fanboys ticked off. It's basically that after years of supporting Bungie, they feel ignored by the company now and truth be told, the way Destiny is being promoted on the PS4, you wouldn't even think it was coming out on the XB1.
Do I think these people are overreacting? Yes, definitely. I'm just saying that the counterpoints some of you are bringing up seem to be missing the point. It's not sole...
Get high and play Outlast. Fun times.
I remember this game on the SNES as being one of the first truly atmospheric games I ever played. The music, the visuals, the refusal to hold your hand throughout... it really opened my eyes to a whole new level of gaming.
It's their not there.
Loved this game initially but if I owned a PS4 at the moment, it's doubtful I'd go for another round with it. Kinda felt like a movie that I loved but only wanted to watch that one time.
Wow. Two sentences in and I just had to stop.
