I dont know about 'filling' but 2019 was a shit year as far as quality of next gen titles was concerned so yeah, this year is much better and maybe even the best one yet for the PS4 mostly because of TLOU2. Don't see how that really makes Xbox's year bad but I imagine you dont care for games like Halo Infinite, Ori, Bleeding Edge, Flight Simulator etc.
Spencer and Co really righted the ship. Lots to do but really kudos to them for restoring confidence in the brand. The hard work ain't started yet.
