There have been some real 'different'gems on XBLA: Zuma, Carcassonne, and now this one...
My darn 40 gig PS3 isn't reverse compatible or I would!!! Curse you Sonyyyyyyyy!!! (shakes fist).
I never played that one. Why does this game remind you of it?
The Bourne movies really took action film to a new place: just look at how Bond was changed even. The game is fun too; I'm so glad it didn't turn out to be trash like Iron Man.
It will be interesting to see what sort of games can be played on the thing.
That's because Haze is ordinary at best from what I played. It doesn't bring much new at all (It's like Turok without the dinos or the foiliage that moves around), whereas Black, though also not original, brought something to the shooter table at the time.
Is Black worth the download price now? Well it's worth it more than Haze is worth today's full retail, that's for sure.
Yeah always worth trying hey. Good luck with your battle.
@ Resistance: good point...it is Ubisoft using the Nintendo hardware that's helping smokers quit. I guess it is just what devs see the Nintendo hardware being used for that is interesting. Less and less traditional gaming and more and more helping fitness, brains, and sullied lungs.
Wow: have fun while kicking the habit! I wonder if it would work...and if it is actually fun for more than one session...Still it's an interesting direction Nintendo is taking with its gaming.
Phil hasn't got a clue. Poor Atari.
@ 1.8: Doesn't the upcoming SOCOM Confrontation for PS3 use a mic?
I agree: get rid of the stupid things. Relying on people who have total anonymity to be 'nice gamers' is a joke. That will never happen. If I want a social life I'll talk to people I meet in real life. And I don't really want to coordinate with a bunch of gaming commandos who train all the time to 'work together' in every game to be 'badass'. I just want to jump on have some fun and jump off when I feel like wi...
I TOTALLY agree. N4G is becoming the major battleground for the fanboy wars. Doesn't make video gaming seem more mature either, does it.
Ah memories....I really enjoyed this game on Xbox and now have it for PSP..but haven't played that version yet. One day I'll get to it...
Worth a watch...I agree that the way to make sex in games less gratuitous and more mature is to focus on relationships in the narrative: of course games have some way to go generally to having a good enough narrative to have intimacy portrayed in a way that seems believable and not 'thrown in for titilation'.
Very well done trailer; I hope the game is as good!! Looks very promising but why are we always hunting some 'renegade' or 'terrorist'?
As soon as you mentioned Gamestop as our 'cathedral' you lost all credibility....
I'd like to know how many of those games which have had a lot of time and effort wasted on the online component (when the effort could have been used to make the single player experience better)are actually PLAYED still? COD4 okay. Gears okay. Halo okay.
But gamers get bored of any game's online multi that doesn't stack up to that level....if they are going to make online multi then they should keep split screen too because if the multi isn't offline as well then when nobody e...
Well I'm not too happy about SOCOM Confrontation going online only, though at least there's another coming next year.....and Warhawk shows Sony heading that way.
But I agree, Mr Harrison has lost his marbles...if he ever had any.
Agreed. Multi has its place, but single player must stay the focus.
Yeah Atari I think were delisted from NASDAQ again.
Some fair points, but I still think the game was much better than expected. Maybe being able to pistol whip would have been a good move too...
