I really haven't been as impressed with ANY of them as much as I was by Metal Gear though. That game was challenging, and had an awesome story, and with the exception of the Psycho Mantis fight on Metal Gear Solid, nothing has been as memorable as that one for me.
The Psycho Mantis fight did mess me up though.

First off, it's 7. One is disabled to boost yield during manufacture.
Secondly, it's 6, one is always tasked to the system.
Third, the processors are all weaker per core than the 360's cores.

It's not like it's a Wii, where the whole controller was built from the ground up with motion in mind, the PS3 just added it as an afterthought. It works well, but you don't "need" it in anything (possibly Lair will fix that).
