No wonder COD did not premier their game, it would've looked so ridiculously embarrassing compared to what BF4 brought to the table. Now the game runs on 60fps only gut-punches IW more painfully.
What a sneaky attempt to get as many people for gold and then hold them on lockdown when they discover about the DRM properties.
Bu.. bu.. bu according to J-blaze, ND is ARROGANT I tell you... ARROGANT AND SHAMELESS.
SERIOUSLY, why isn't this game localized yet it's mind boggling.
Through e-mail verification perhaps? You can use the same e-mail to register both EVE and dust you know?
Remember, this is the guy that MADE METAL GEAR SOLID 2.
METAL GEAR SOLID 2. Remember that? Unlike most developers who changed voice actors for the sake of, Kojima literally has the balls to do so. Besides, didn't he say he was going to quit because of how "controversial" his next game is gonna be if the reception is so bad. COME on guys, this isn't your everyday developer.
LOL, if this was the case then it completely downplays their 15 exclusive titles reveal. Goes to show that they're not that confident with their lineup that they had to resort to cheap tactics. Well too bad, SONY is already winning over the indies so it wouldn't be surprising if other 3rd parties would follow suit.
Once again, ND shows that they are truly the most competent developers in this industry. After the setback which was Uncharted 3 (due to time management), it's amazing how they would go out of their comfort zone to deliver what could be the game defining experience in this generation.
This puts them higher than other developers who rely on the backs of established "IP's" to support their weight. Here, we have a daring developer who, if not attached to SONY...
The recent news that Square-Enix stating that their new focus is on the "mobile" market counters your disposition. Clearly Deus Ex is merely a dip in the water, expect the likes of Sleeping Dogs, Tomb Raider to follow suit.
Well, now it's not surprising why they are enforcing "cloud" and constant "online". It's the only way they can offset the multiplat disparity.
Gameplay impressions is said to be similar to KZ3 so take that if you will.
Understand they only have a very small memory card to deal with. It's already has a full single-player campaign so it's a miracle they can pull this off.
So wait, you're basic argument is that when a game "shoots", regardless of context is automatically a shooter? Holy fuckballs, my god, then HEAVY RAIN is a shooter cause it had a scene where you shoot somebody. Tell me MADMAX how is TLOU a shooter? Last, I checked shooters have at least 50 guys coming at you while having 20+ magazines in your rifle.
Your impressions of the game clearly shows it's false the moment you called it a "shooter". So...
Oh shit. Bend working on Uncharted on the Vita while ND works on Syphon Filter on the PS4 is going to make my head explode!
Wow, you guys are so full of shit. What kind of shooter requires you to manage your bullets and focus on stealth combat? An escort mission being hated? Then explain why Bioshock: Infinite received rave receptions from both fans and the reviews?
Try harder guys, you're embarrassing yourselves.
"What is wrong with N4G users nowadays? It's like you guys are bipolar:"
You know what's ironic, is that the argument can be attributed to how "bipolar" your stance is. Is it not that the site has differing "reviewers" and thereby must be judged by their content rather than judging the SITE as a whole? Remember how 9.0 in one game didn't make sense to a 7.0 in another? See how "bi-polar" the argument go in both ways?
Here's an excerpt:
(w)ww.3news.co.nz/The-Last-of -Us-Jacob-Minkoff-E3-interview/ tabid/418/articleID/259075/Defa ult.aspx
"Minkoff: What we’re calling is wide linear – we’re telling a linear narrative, but between those linear narrative moments we have wide gameplay possibilities. There’s all sorts of different strategies that the player can use at any time they approach a new situation."
I'm guessing Arthur Gies is going to be the reviewer at Polygon. Jesus, that site scores PS3 exclusives harshly. And this particular one is a MS apologist. I can see it right now: "over-rated doesn't do anything new blah blah blah.. decent at best"
7/10.
According to detractors, Uncharted 2 is another "over-the-top generic cinematic action title". Therefore, it should be very easy to surpass it.
Just imagine the slim version of this........
