game development has always been a difficult business. lots of developers prefer to keep their projects behind closed doors for months and even years because of being reception critical. all of this creates stress for the teams involved.
Silent Hills for sure dealt the hardest blow. Scalebound is number 2 though.
No one predicted kojima's falling out, second, both Del toro and Norman Reedus were effected by it. And lastly Konami will not be the same anymore.
they announced this for windows 10 around 3 months ago didn't they? with 4k screens too.......
I'm just wondering about their priorities now, and the importance of their new lineup of games.
I believe the thumbnail shot is of this picture

I noticed the Remake Cloud seems to be using that leather belt as well. I wish they would stick with the original metal design, looked so much better imo.
lost odyssey has been free for a while on XBL, so maybe it's going to be something big. one can only hope.
get the game free for only $19.99!!!

I wish they would show some more gameplay of this already. it's been in darkness for so long.
"His disastrous all-CG movie Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within was a global flop that lost tens of millions of dollars at the box office and blew a hole in Square's finances so big it had to merge with rival Enix Corporation in 2003."
Spirits Within i thought had a great story. it wasn't a traditional FF but was enjoyable.
going off topic a little - FFXIII was actually pretty diverse in characters, if anything could be said about it. it was not a bad FF game in this perspective. couldn't say the game lacked diversity in characters. - my two cents.
It will be the first Red Dead game to land on pc if it ever does.
My whole family have been democrats till after Obama's shocking failure with the Veterans.
The lives of 40,000 Vets actually rested on Obama's failure to address the cases of neglect. and the Families related to those cases forced them to vote for Trump. my Uncle who served in WW2 passed away to hospital neglect in 2012. And My Father who is also a Veteran was diagnosed with kidney failure (last year) from lack of proper medication treatment.
If you want to...
I totally forgot about Cry On! That was many, many years ago. very artistic animation and great soundtrack, still looks pretty solid. this should be forwarded to Phil Spencer. Don mattrick didn't seem to be very much interested in bringing this back but i wonder about Phil Spencer. Phil Says he wants to add more games to their list. they should add this one back.
They can do whatever they want with their money and name brand. if they want to see some diversity in their platform it's theirs to do so. Just show us the games! This E3 and TGS was not so good.
It's their choice to make more eastern style titles, i just want to play something good.
"Nomura notes 2017 marks the 20-year anniversary of the original Final Fantasy VII so they’d like to plan something."
doesn't get much clearer than that. And this is for some news on the remake.
A large paragraph that largely gives us something very small to nothing at all. more information will be in 2017 it seems.
Anyone notice the hair color between the two. weird.
@ Taco
well I wouldn't exactly say that Disney is exclusive to the western market, but i would say that it's considered "part" of the western market. regardless of the games being made using their trademarked characters.
@ Death
of course. also most of the competitive comments with many companies are mostly business related. which many not reflect their relations outside of the industry.
If you live in a 30fps world then maybe you were born just too slow. (pun intended)
