Well Things have certainly changed. Games use to be sold as is, no game patches or internet breathing down necks for something of AAA quality. Also everything in games were unlockable. Not to mention game development costs are through the roof now for decent current gen quality, and Even more for AAA quality titles. It's way more complicated now then It's been.

Spencer did not mention the failure or extinction of single player story driven games. there will still be those games. he was highlighting the success of genres with a broader audience, but this was based on common knowledge and figures.

If you were sold on ps4 a while back then just pick one up already. no one should feel sad about adopting multiple consoles, I've had one of each console and thought nothing of it. I'm still waiting though for this E3 to see the road map ahead, for everyone and the Scorpio too.
^^^ True Quantum Break turned out to be better than Mass Effect Andromeda. Andromeda was in development since before QB back in 2012.
After spending more time looking at the video, i have a feeling this is going to be close to the final. it matches the Xbox one S Redesign which was announced together with Scorpio. The Xbox one S' design signified a change from the original console, Scorpio is part of that change too. Lets also not forget The Xbox one Scorpio is not supposed to be a new console.

It's true gaming has been commonly adopted by guys, but there were never any rules as to whom could be a gamer in the first place. Commonly most females find gaming to be not of their favorite things to do. i can recall at least 20 girls off the top of my head that weren't into gaming. so a lot of them chose not to be part of it. back then anyways.

If you stick to common pc name brands it should work out for you nicely. Today's PCs are expecting you to plug in devices. It's not like in the old days where everything you plugged in was a mystery to your pc.
this is not really new though. just about all of the English dubbing of Cloud has been this guy.
